It was awesome! Ohm was an amazing guide and knew all the perfect picture taking spots!
good visit, perfect guide, i will return
Excellent experience! Would book a tour again!
Guide was very good but difficult to hear as her microphone was playing up. Made some homes English was okay but could be a little better. Difficult to understand. But hey I don’t talk Thai. So really I can’t complain. Overall good trip
Guide lookmoo was lovely and really went into detail and made everyone laugh and comfortable , would definitely recommend going.
Jacky was amazing! He explained all the history behind the temples and was really thorough. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately we didnt make the trip as we were stuck in traffic with taxi, called company to say we were running late they didnt wait. Were told we missed the boat by 5mins, then guide messaged later asking where we were apparently we could've travelled and joined tour later, this wasnt explained to us so we completely missed out which was very disappointing. We also asked if we could join tour another day or get a refund they wouldnt offer either.
This experience is a hidden gem! A canal tour shows you Bangkok from a completely different perspective. One of the absolute highlights is passing by the massive Golden Buddha sitting majestically by the water—it’s a breathtaking sight that you can only truly appreciate from a boat. The tour makes several stops, and the areas surrounding the temple are packed with fantastic local markets and food stalls. It’s the perfect opportunity to hop off and enjoy some authentic street food. While the canals are busy with boats, you’ll also see the "official supervisors" of the water: large Thai Water Monitors basking on the banks. It’s an incredible mix of spirituality, local life, and nature. Highly recommended!
Was great experience to see The city of contrast .. had working amazing people … our guide was friendly and very helpful.. see all as promised .. weather was amazing :) out yout guy Lee was helpful friendly informative and funny, try to entertain everyone:) and did great photos of all of us :)
Having booked the small group tour for 6 people, I personally expected that we will be alone on the boat. I was quite surprised to find out that the small group consisted of 13 people. The long tail boat ride was fun, although it drives on dirty, run down and partially industrial canals. Unfortunately nothing to see of those iconic canal rides where you float towards the big Buddha statue to take an iconic picture. Arrived at the Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen temple, the guide told us that we only have 30 minutes for this temple (although advertisement said 1 hour). Our group went to the restroom first, while the tour guide went on with the other tour customers, so that we didn't have a guided tour, but explored the temple by ourselves. When parts of our group wanted to visit the emerald-glass pagoda, the tour guide told us that there was no more time left and that we had to go to the next temple now. Arrived at the Wat Arun temple, we were told that we were not driving back in the long tail boat, but were going back by ferry. Wait what?
Great experience on the canal tour. We went through the canals, to Wat Paknam and through Khlong Bang Luang, finishing at Wat Arun. Nina was a great guide. She speaks great English and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you ant to see lesser known parts of Bangkok, specifically around Thonburi.
Coco was amazing and very kind. The temples were beautiful and it was a great tour via boat. Coco went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
We took the river tour to see Wat Arun and Wat Paknam on our first day in Bangkok, and it did not disappoint! Our guide Coco was excellent, and we were especially grateful to her for waiting for us as our car got us to the dock late. We learned so much from her about the temples and about Thailand. She was helpful, informative and took some great pictures for us! Experiencing the city by longboat on the river and canals was such a cool way to see the city and explore Bangkok from a unique and special POV. Would definitely recommend!
Jack is an amazing tour guide and was very informative and friendly with the whole group. I would recommend this tour to anyone and as for Jack. Kap khun krap🙏
This was an enjoyable outing. I had a good time, got some good photos. Since I had the privilege of sitting next to our guide, I was able to hear & understand the points of interest she was announcing. If I were in the front of the boat, I don’t think I would have been able to hear her over the boat engine. All in all, good trip. Thank you Coco
Tank is so great! He is professional, knowledgeable, and a genuinely friendly and warm person. We had a great time with him as our guide! The next time we visit or book a tour, we are going back to Tank. If you want to have a good experience, ask for Tank!
Tank was an amazing tour guide! We loved the river boat and the temples. He was very informative and it felt like a true adventure. We even saw a crocodile. He also takes a great photo
Saw a lot of canal tours and decided to go with this as it is operated by tripguru. I went 10 minutes early to the meeting point and the tour guide was already there. The tour guide is very friendly and knowledgeable. His English is excellent and he shared a lot of history to our tour group and also how he became a tour guide. The weather was good which makes the longtail boat ride lovely. Overall, it is well worth the price we paid. The only thing that I didn’t realise is the fee to wat arun is not included. It was written on the page but I guess I didn’t read it properly when I booked it. It is 200 baht so it’s fine lol
Ying was an amazing tour guide! So so friendly and she speaks English so it’s easier to communicate. When i come to bkk again ill definitely look for Ying again! Thank you / Khob khun 🙏 for such a great experience ! Xx
The Worst experience! No safety. No life jackets for kids. Unprofessional staff. Went on the wrong boat. Had to get out and wait for an other boat. Stuff unfriendly and not helpful. Don’t recommend
Our tour guide Coco was amazing we had alot of fun on a private booking and really enjoyed all the locations and sites. Just enough time to at each.. highly recommend 👌
Fabulous private tour with Nancy, she was professional & knowledgeable about the history & present times of Bangkok. Nancy brought the rich culture of Bangkok through stories and added humor and laughter to the tour. She expertly navigated us through the variety of sights giving us time to wander; but, she kept us moving so as not to miss anything. We enjoyed the expert boat skipper as he whisked us through the river and the many canals. Hang on for a fantastic tour, it’s worth it.
Everything was great with Nancy! The walk on the canals is extraordinary and the tours complete! Big budha and wat arun. This trick is really worth it, I'm so glad. Thank you!
