I visited with one day pass today , depart from Samut Prakan , but it was difficult to catch up the bus to go pier so we chose to take transfer bus instead of direct , but we arrived wrong pier which is Rama 3 and we took bolt to go right pier again , and go iconsiam , we spent 30minutes and when we out from icon Siam, the boat was closed so we got so many struggles , I would like to suggest to extend time to 8-9pm for boat. Thanks

It was easy to book ticket , but we arrived wrong pier so we took bolt to go right pier and we only arrived one place with boat as boat close at 6pm. Overall, Thai smile service is good but our false.

From planning routes to boarding, everything felt straightforward. Also, scanning is quick and doesn’t slow you down at all.

This experience requires an app. If you don’t have an international phone plan you will not be able to generate the QR code to ride the bus or boats. The workers on the bus are rude and not helpful with making sure you get on the boat when it arrives as they are many other companies on the river. 7 pm is when the boats stop running which is pretty early.

I could focus on enjoying the trip instead of thinking about transport. Everything worked smoothly, and the ride was clean and comfortable.

I strongly advise against this trip. Initially, the directions lead to a different place. After arriving there by taxi, a 25-minute ride to Dinso Road, it turned out that I had to return to the boat departure point very close to the hotel. This way, I spent 400 baht completely unnecessarily. Then it turned out that my pass kept disappearing from the app, and I had to reinstall the app every time I wanted to use the boat. A total nightmare. The staff does not answer questions. A waste of money.

This is a great value unlimited one-day pass for exploring Bangkok comfortably. I will definitely come back.
