Zarut was friendly and knowledgeable, and took us around some highlights of Bangkok. The cost of the walking tour was on the high side, but having everything organized for us - including a canal boat tour - made the day out with our 10, 7 and 3-year-old much easier. It was nice to have someone with local information.

This tour is more private as they only accept a few people at a time. We enjoyed the stories about the temples. Our guide, Z, took lots of pictures of us wearing the traditional Thai attire. He also answered all of our questions about history and the like. It’s a nice tour, you don’t have to think. Everything is already paid for: costume, entrance, food.

Ton took very good pictures and was knowledgeable on the different part of the temples. So many pictures taken and poses made. Showed us as well how to eat local food like how to eat Chicken Rice.

We had a great photo shoot at Wat Arun! Admission fee was included with the booking in Klook. The tour started at 9.30am and ended on time before 2pm. Not too crowded because it was earlier in the morning. The flower market was really cool to check out! Other than flowers, you can see some of their local produce.

I had an amazing time with Uma! It was just the 2 of us and she took really good care of me. It was hot too but we did it. She took a gazillion pictures for me, an unforgettable experience. We were so so lucky to have Uma as our guide. She was incredible. She gave us so much detail about each site, she had lots of history in context to provide, she made sure we got all the best photos and angles. She even let us know which cultural practices to join in on and helped record/document. Out of all the tours we’ve had in Thailand, she made this one the most special. The food we ate was delicious, there was a good amount of breaks even though there was a fair amount of walking. Any time we had a question, she had an answer. She was also so fun and kind. Make sure you hydrate the day before because you are going to probably sweat from the sun. There’s lots of water available during the tour too. I’d recommend doing this tour in your first day because we were given so much info about Bangkok but also about what else to do and when/how to do it. Uma had good recommendations and general advice which I know not everyone guide is required to have.

Our tour was very memorable and worth it because of the tour guide Nui. She is very accommodating, kind, and patient. She has the right mix of making sure we know the background of each place we visit plus we get to enjoy the place/attraction.

Mr. Ard made the experience unforgettable with his incredible knowledge of Thai history Me and my Wife enjoy it. His insights into the architecture, culture, and stories behind each landmark made the tour both exciting and meaningful. Tom Yum soup and Stir Pork at Baan TaTien Cafe is also a must try! My tour guide was very knowledgeable of all the areas we visited. We went to several temples and he explained the history for each one and which King it was associated with. For lunch we went to a cozy cafe and he explained all the menu selections to me . We ended the day at the flower market, he did an excellent job telling me what flowers were used for each occasion. I learned a lot about Thai history and culture. It was a fantastic day!

BOOK THIS! This was such a fun tour, it was the only historical tour that also included Thai costume rental and pics at Wat Arun! You’ll come away with pretty photos for your memories plus learn so much about Wat Arun, Wat Pho, and the flower market. To my surprise the 5hr tour also included so much food - brunch at an 80yo chicken rice place, a full lunch of your choice at a beautiful cafe, as well as snacks and drinks (plus all the admission fees and short ferry ride across the river!). Shin was an encyclopedia of knowledge and did a very good job of taking lovely photos (he is not a professional photographer though so if you’re looking for a professional photo shoot with the Thai costumes better to just book that on its own). Given that a full Thai costume package with the photographer was priced at roughly $150 CAD this tour was excellent value at $100CAD.

It was a very nice itinerary with good food and colorful temple and culture. The Tour guide- Mr. Shin made my trip very special. He is so accommodating , entertaining, enthusiastic, and well-knowledgeable.

We had such a lovely time on this experience. Dressing up in traditional Thai and having professional pictures taken was our absolute highlight. The overall tour was well planned , got to walk, ride a tuk tuk, hopped on boat which was a great way of getting around. This trip really was amazing! Shin is a lovely guide who knows a lot! We went to Wat Arun and Wat pho, got dressed up in beautiful Thai traditional clothes and visited a flower market. They really treat you very good on this trip. Breakfast and lunch are included, together with drinks and coffee. I got to meet nice and pleasant other people. This trip is, like the organizers group name, really magical!

Kiho from Magical Trip is an excellent tour guide! I really enjoyed this tour from start to finish. We began with a delicious Hainan chicken rice brunch, then stopped by a Thai costume shop to get dressed up before visiting Wat Arun in traditional attire. Next, we explored Wat Pho Temple, where Kiho shared fascinating stories about Thailand’s royal history, culture, and the temple’s architecture. The tour ended with a visit to the largest flower market, and we also enjoyed a lovely lunch at a local Thai restaurant and a cozy tea house. Kiho is such a wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable guide. I highly recommend this tour!

Uma was awesome! I was the only person on the tour, so it honestly felt like a private tour just for me! Haha. She took such good care of me the whole time. I learned so much about Thailand, the temples, and their history. I really appreciated how caring she was—always making sure I was safe, comfortable, and having fun. I had such a good time with Magical Trip and I would highly recommend them! I'm a solo traveler and partook in a full day group tour of Wat Arun (where we dressed in traditional thai costumes beforehand), Wat Po, and the flower market. Not only were the guides knowledgeable about the history of the wats and the flower market, but they were amazing at finding the perfect photo spots and angles. The team was friendly and encouraging, and the pace of the tour was very relaxed (though the lead guide mentioned that if we had somewhere to be after, they could make things quicker). We even stopped and relaxed in an air conditioned coffee shop during the hottest part of the day. I felt taken care of the entire time, and absolutely everything was included- there were no surprise costs. And the restaurants they chose for breakfast and lunch were very tasty. The highlight of the day for me was the costume rental. If you've ever considered doing this but are unsure, you should go for it! You're taken to a shop with tons of color options, and the associates there help pin you into the garment, add accessories, and style your hair. I normally don't like having my photo taken, but I felt so beautiful! And the Magical Trip team was genuinely encouraging and so great at making me feel comfortable. And they had so many good photo spots!! Another unexpected highlight was learning how to fold lotus flowers at the flower market- this is the kind of thing you can't learn if you're just visiting the market on your own. We later left the flowers as on offering at a beautiful shrine in the middle of the market. This was a very professional experience from start to finish with expert guides, but with laid back fun moments that almost made me feel like i was hanging out with a group of friends. And perhaps it was luck, but the lead guide also somehow expertly avoided the on-and-off rain of the day! If you're looking for a great way to see some jaw-droppingly beautiful highlights of Bangkok, actually learn about what you are seeing, and go home with some great photos, this experience is for you!

Amazing tour with a great host! It was wonderful to see the temples and the markets, plus the opportunity to wear the beautiful Thai national dress was so fun. Shin was super knowledgeable about the temples and also provided info on Thai culture/history. Shin was also very accommodating, taking pictures of everyone, holding belongings, incorporating bathroom breaks and adjusting the tour to suit everyone’s needs. He ensured we were able to complete the entire itinerary even though this ran over the original timings which is extremely considerate of him. The breakfast, lunch and drink food stops were great and everything was delicious! The logistics were perfect, Shin was able to quickly provide tickets for everything and we didn’t spend time waiting around - being able to skip the queues was amazing! I also liked the smaller group size as it provided a more relaxed experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our day, as did the other attendees, and would 100% recommend to everyone and anyone so definitely book to ensure you don’t miss out! I have already booked another tour!

Both Uma and Shin are very on time. They actually arrive earlier to meet us to make sure we are ok. Trip was fun and smooth and well planned . Breakfast noodles was yummy. Thai clothing experience was very interesting. Although weather is hot , it was very nice for photo taking. Uma always tried to help us get a nice spot for photos. Both of them were very informative telling us stories and histories behind each temples and Thai culture. We learnt a lot and at the same time we enjoyed a lot. It was a very eye opening experience. Highly recommended !!
