Doing both the markets and a Bangkok temple in one day sounded like a lot, but Audrey made it feel so effortless. He kept a nice, easy pace for us. Seeing the giant Reclining Buddha at Wat Pho after a busy morning at the railway market was such a cool contrast. Audrey is super thoughtful and polite!

So glad we did this tour with Paula. Getting to see the countryside markets and a major Bangkok landmark all in one day was convenient. Great driver, comfortable ride, zero headaches.

We had a great experience with Peter as our guide. He timed our arrival at the railway market perfectly so we caught the train right on schedule. This was such a fun day trip from Bangkok! Riding in a cool air-conditioned car was so nice. At the railway market it got super crowded and we almost lost each other. Patrick noticed right away and kept the group together without making it stressful. He also timed everything perfectly so we actually saw the train without standing there forever. At the floating market, he handled the boat and made it smooth from start to finish

Excellent and friendly guide with good English. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions as well as sourcing a few tasty treats and bites for us to try. You can skip breakfast if you want as there will be enough to try on the way! (We had mango sticky rice, soup bowl and more) The railway markets was definitely a highlight, less touristy than the floating market

We visited the Saduak floating market and Maeklong railway market with guide Henry. Henry was a very well organised, knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. He sent a message to our hotel to confirm collection time and was there waiting for us on the day. We drove in a large, air conditioned van firstly to the railway market. Here Henry gave us information about the market, history and also safety for when the train arrived. He also explained that he would take us to a good spot and some shops along the way - he said not to feel obliged to buy from these stores. Once the train passed we walked the rest of the market, he collected some food for us to taste in the van and we went to the floating market. Again Henry gave us great information about the market. We toured by boat and then by foot, exploring the stalls and having some food along the way. Henry was again very knowledgeable and very friendly. We left the market to return to our hotel. Henry was giving us information and helping us with plans and information all of the way home. I would highly recommend this tour and also Henry as guide, he made it a fantastic day out

From the moment of pickup to the final drop-off, everything was flawless. Patrick managed the timing perfectly so we saw the train arrive and still had plenty of time for the boat ride. The logistics are handled so you can just relax and enjoy the sights.

Som was on time and on point. We always knew what we were doing and what we were seeing. She positioned us in the best places, particularly for the Railway Market.

I’m a huge photography nerd, and Annie was the perfect match for me. She knows all the angles! At the Railway Market, she made sure I got that iconic shot of the train nose passing the vegetable baskets. But the real highlight was the boat ride at the Floating Market. She coordinated with the boat driver to pause in the best light so I could capture the vibrance of the local life. Annie is so soft-spoken and sweet, always making sure we had cold water and were staying in the shade. She really went above and beyond to make sure our memories (and my memory card!) were full.

We started the day at the Maeklong Railway Market, and it was absolutely surreal. One moment you’re walking along the tracks browsing for souvenirs, and the next, a loud whistle echoes through the market. We watched in awe as vendors pulled back their awnings with lightning speed, clearing the way for the massive, colorful train that passed just inches from their stalls. Annie knew exactly where to position us so we could capture the perfect shot of the train arriving an iconic moment we’ll never forget. After the excitement of the train, we headed to the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. Stepping onto the longtail boat was an experience in itself fast-paced, lively, and full of energy. The canals were buzzing with activity, packed with boats selling food, snacks, and souvenirs, while vendors called out from every direction. We cruised past traditional Thai wooden houses and coconut trees, completely immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of this famous floating market. We even spotted a massive water monitor lizard sunbathing along the concrete bank a true “National Geographic” moment! The food was another major highlight of the day. Annie recommended the coconut ice cream served in a coconut shell with sticky rice, and it was hands down the most refreshing treat in the heat. We also loved browsing the local art, especially the hand-painted elephant canvases that were so colorful and full of character. Annie was more than just a guide she felt like a friend who knew all the best spots. Bee was such a wonderful guide! The Maeklong Railway Market is something you have to see to believe. The way the shops 'fold' away for the train and then 'unfold' back to normal in seconds is like a magic trick. After the excitement of the train, Bee took us to the Floating Market. The boat ride was spectacular the water was bustling with life and vibrant colors. We loved just sitting back in the boat and watching the world go by. Bee was so attentive and made sure we enjoyed every second of the scenery. It was the highlight of our trip!

My husband and I experienced a class act tour with Johnny. He was so enthusiastic about everything and professional. From early morning pick up so we could see the train approach and get some wonderful pictures which he takes many for you (he’s like a professional photographer if you want) to having you sample many great foods. We had a most enjoyable tour of the the Railroad Market and the Floating Market. We not only experienced the markets but tasted fruits i never even knew existed, had Coconut Ice Cream and Mango Sticky Rice all Thanks to our amazing tour guide, Noc! I have traveled a lot and have had many good guides, but Noc exceeded all of them! Her personality was infectious.. she knew how to lace humor into our day! She went out of her way to be sure we had a relaxing and informative day! We learned a great deal about the culture, the political/government, education system and life in Thailand from her.
