Immigration was very crowded, but I was through in less than 15 minutes I highlyrecommend this service.
Very good service to beat the queue after landing. When you have had a long flight you just want to clear the airport as soon as you can.

Fay, the Viator Rep from I Asia Thailand was great! Patiently got me through each stop we had to make to get through and out of BKK! Quick, easy ,seamless! She had my name on a board for when I exited the plane and entered the terminal. First time I got to experience that! Cool. We got a luggage cart and later I needed to push it myself because of my back pain after those three flights. It all went so fast I forgot to stop and look for a Welcome to Thailand sign to get a picture. I did remember to mention I needed some currency exchanged before we left and I did get that. I was in a taxi and off to the room before I knew it. Thanks Fay!
The moment I walked out of the plane, my agent was waiting for me. She was polite, kind and considerate. We went to the VIP lane without any trouble. She told me that it’s usually a 1 - 3 hour waiting time to get through customs. Thank god I paid extra to skip that and head directly to my hotel. More time to have fun and unwind after a long flight.

Great for solo travellers or if travelling with kids. Would not have made it to my hotel without the driver they organised for me. The roads were all flooded and it did take 5 hours instead of one 1/2 hours. It was a one in 50 year flood, But I arrived dry and safe- so a big shoutout to my driver! My guide through Immigration and the airport arrival system was waiting for me when I deplaned. He was so pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. We got through Immigration and Customs very quickly. He helped with my luggage at Baggage Claim and directed me to private limo pickup. He was so patient and capable finding me car - made sure I was on correct car and left after all was done. Couldn’t ask for better service.

It was so fast getting through the immigration and to my transportation. I didn’t have to worry about getting lost in the airport after traveling for over 24 hours and being too exhausted to think. I just followed gentleman that met me at the gate. I highly recommend this. I’ve never seen this service offered another countries. My next travels I’m going to research if it’s available.
I can't say enough good things about this company and their above and beyond service. I used them in November, after traveling 24hrs, and being exhausted. They made arrival soo easy fast and convenient. I did not have use much of my brain that was struggling to stay awake. I booked them again for my aunt and made their life soo easy, they were very happy with the service and kindness, both the staff that gets at your gate and their driver. Also they are excellent at communicating im sure i annoyed them with many messages, but they were always quick to respond and very patient and kind...Please book this service🙏 it is 10000% worth it. Money we'll spent would use every time.
Was good experience. Was able to get through customs in less than 5 minutes. But may be because of late evening arrival and came during rainy season. Agent was very helpful. The delay came from in waiting for luggage. Which is not Viator issue.

Excellent fast-track service at Bangkok Airport! They were waiting for us immediately after we exited the aircraft, with a buggy and a sign displaying our names. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. This was by far the smoothest and fastest experience I’ve ever had at Bangkok Airport, despite this being my sixth visit to Thailand. It took only around 15 minutes from leaving the aircraft to reaching our limousine outside the airport. Absolutely impressive! It was very bad for me. I can't describe what happened when the company contacted me and I was already in the check-in with 12 bags and nobody contacted me on WhatsApp early enough after that the guy comes. Already I check in. After five minutes I meet him. He can't do anything for me so it's very bad really, the experience.

Never show off to pickup at the airport, no calls no message very disappointed with the service. And no only that lost the money that I paid. I will never recommend such service to any one.
I feel slightly bad leaving only 2 stars because every member of staff we dealt with was very courteous. Particularly friendly was the assistant who met us at the airbridge, but also the organiser who called the driver, and the driver himself were all professional, and efficient. Unfortunately, the actual priority immigration area was rather stressful and unsatisfactory. It was absolute bedlam, with long queues and people constantly moving between lines, especially desperate families with young children. Ironically, the regular immigration queues looked much calmer and better organised. Finally, because of the traffic congestion in the airport pick-up area, it took a considerable amount of time for the driver to reach us. I appreciate that this was largely beyond anyone’s control, but it added to the overall experience at what in logistical terms seems an inefficient airport. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was far from a great one. I appreciate that the company may not have direct control over the immigration area or airport traffic, but as these are integral parts of the service being sold, they significantly affected to the overall experience. For that reason, I’m giving 3 stars

Another VIP service I used made you walk to another gate to find them. I did not find them and no refund was offered However this company is spot on. Your attendant is waiting for you as you exit the air bridge with your name on a white board. They wear a teal colored sport coat and are easy to locate. Very professional and friendly chat as she escorts me to fast track immigration. No waiting lines and I am processed in 30 seconds I meet my attendant at the baggage claim. She will not let me pick up my luggage and insists she handle it. My bags are over 50 pounds and this petite lady pulls them off the carousel with ease. Off to customs and she says most like we will clear quickly. That night customs was inspecting many passengers. We were waved on through. Mind you she is pushing the heavy luggage cart the entire time. She then escorts me to my pick up point where a friend is waiting. I felt bad I did not tip her as I had no baht in hand. I do hope this company stays around. Their service is impeccable. I highly recommend their services.

Was pleased with the speed in which I was able to be processed by customs. As well, I was accompanied by my agent to the basement of BKK to exchange money and then to the appropriate floor and exit for my transfer. After a very long day of travel this service was almost indispensable. In my opinion, money well spent.

It was a very great experience. I felt very calm knowing they would get us to where we needed to go and could help with the language barrier. The lady was very nice and she even took charge of rolling my luggage. Next time we come to Thailand, I will definitely be using this service again.

Great experience. She was waiting for me with a sign right when I stepped off the plane. I was walked right up to the immigration counter with zero people in front of me. She then escorted me to the luggage carousel and then through customs while helping me with my luggage all of the way to ride share.
