Travellers beware. They were not at transfer point when we arrived. When they finally showed up they told us to wait so we did for another half hour. Then said thoughthat t3 door your car is outside yes it was but we had to find it. Finally in the car the driver then took us to the wrong hotel. Very poor.
The driver was nice and respectful. He was a bit late but it was a smooth drive from airport to the hotel.

We had a very smooth experience using this pick up from our hotel in Bangkok to be taken to the BKK airport. The driver arrived at our hotel exactly when stated and we had no issues getting to the airport. The provider messaged us the day before our transport with our car and driver information. It was a very easy pre-arranged transportation option
You walk to arrival hall gate where you’ll meet a person holding your, and possibly many others, name sign. They’ll call the driver to confirm you are ready and advise what exit floor and gate the driver will come. My driver spoke good English and made a few recommendations for restaurants.
The transportation service met all of my expectations. The driver arrived quickly when we were ready for pickup after the immigration and baggage claim process. The driver safely drove us to our hotel while navigating the chaos of Bangkok traffic. Overall, we are pleased with Thai Scenery Co and will use them for our return to the airport .

Locating the board with my name wasn't easy, in a very busy airport. Having been delayed collecting cases etc, we had thought the transport would be waiting, no it was called once we had located my name board. The driver and escort were very attentive.
It was a great experience. I was contacted prior to the service date and given very clear instructions on how to find my ride at the airport. I was given the option of upgrading the type of vehicle to accommodate all of my luggage. Once I arrived at the airport and found the contact person, the arrival of the car was very fast. I definitely recommend this service.

Taxi didn’t turn up!!! Cancelled on us whilst we were waiting at the airport exit gate as instructed. Had sent them all flight number and hotel address details prior to leaving uk. Said they couldn’t find hotel ??? A taxi service. Waiting on refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Mature man, speaks good english, good conversation. We had time to spare, he suggested a stop to let us get fresh pineapple, coconut & bananas. Suggested good food places inside the airport.
Great experience! The communication was wonderful. My flight got delayed 6 hrs and the driver was able to adjust and be there on time to pick me up. They commuted through WhatsApp proactively and gave clear instructions on how to get to the meet up point.
What you need - clear instructions where to go to find the person with your name and then 5min wait for the driver to arrive

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Booked an airport transfer and when we were stopped in the connecting airport before our flight to Bangkok the company cancelled right before we were boarding the aircraft with zero reasoning - meaning we had to try and find a new airport transfer quickly so we had a pickup when we landed.
The car did not turn up. Called the company when I arrived at the airport who said that they couldn't come because I didn't provide enough information on the booking. This is nonsense because the form you have to fill in mandates all the relevant information to be completed before the booking can be confirmed. I was told that they had sent me some information via Whatsapp, but what I actually received was something akin to junk mail where the messages never arrived, see the attachment. There's no way I am going to respond to dodgy messages such as these that I know nothing about. They did refund the money, but leaving me high an dry at a foreign airport is unforgiveable.
In the most crowded airport day, this company did very well keeping us informed, herding us through crowds and driving us to our hotel in heavy traffic. We never would have made it there on our own.
Everything was great easy to find once we arrived and driver was amazing also. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Bangkok.
Our airport transportation from the airport to our hotel was an easy process. We were thankful to have someone to pick us up in the middle of the night and get us to our hotel safely.
The airport is chaotic and there are multiple cars looking for multiple people. But the driver was good and we got to our hotel.
Very disappointing. The van was not as pictured. It was old and very dirty. The driver sent and received text messages while driving. He got off the highway and circled around the city- then stopped to get fuel for the van adding about 30 minutes to the drive. I contacted Viator customer service to express my concerns and received essentially a canned auto reply.

I booked a ride from the airport to my hotel. I provided all of the information that they required. I flew from the United States to Bangkok. When I landed in Korea for my layover I received a message on WhatsApp that the car was at the airport waiting for me. I told them that my arrival time was 11:20pm and not 11:20 am. Mind you, I had already given them this information when I booked the transfer and I had also provided my flight information so they could monitor my flight and check for delays. The Viator representative informed me that I would have to pay again if I wanted a transfer in the evening because someone was already there in the morning. This was not my mistake, but I had to pay twice because I would have been stranded if I didn't. I will NEVER use Viator again!! I feel like this is a scam that they use often because they know you have no option except to pay or be stranded in a foreign country and not have other options or resources available at your time of need. I gave 2 stars because after I paid TWICE they did transferred us to the hotel.

The instructions to find my name on the hundreds of boards with names at the airport was very easy to follow. Once the can arrived out front, someone walked me to the car (which was very appreciated as the traffic out front of the terminal was overwhelming). The driver was lovely and the car was air conditioned and comfortable. I would definitely use this company again.
Driver arrived at appointed time; car was clean and had space for luggage. Safe driving, felt comfortable/relaxed. Good idea to write the name of your airline in Thai language in case driver does not speak English. Private transport that was cheaper than my tour company was offering. Would recommend this service.
My girlfriend waited over 2 hours for a ride from the old Bangkok airport to our hotel. They never picked her up at gate 5 as promised. She called the taxi driver and he never picked her up. She was very upset and ended up hiring a taxi to take her to hotel. This transportation company never refunded by money. I’ll never use them again. Her booking number was 1314240625

I booked a van and received a little car that was not advertised to me and it was a small space and we had so much luggage the driver was nice but the person booked my car was not helpful

Our flight was delayed and arrived one hour late. Immigration line was too long . But pickup driver was ready for us when we finally exited immigration.
