Bangkok Luggage Storage

Dropping and collecting the luggage at the depot was quite easy and hassle free. We found them at the airport, booked right there and then and dropped the luggage off. On the way out collection was a breeze.

Because I had done done my homework and looked in advance where to actually go in the airport we found them but in saying this the shop front is not well advertised along the way make sure when you arrived on the bottom floor got pass the food shops head down the ramp you towarda the train station area then pass all the Esim selling places its the last shop on the right. Once there i open my Viator app showed them my barcode for the ladies to say they need a QR code I explain this all I had they again said they were unable to do anything with a Barcode and send a mesaage throught the viator website to contact the operate which I did twice through viator mesaage app and never received a message back. I've now been in Paris a week. My husband and I were a little frustrated now as we had a short time to explore Bangkok we chose to pay again and try and get our money back later. The ladies asked for my passport and once it was scanned my booking appeared which I was very happy about but wish the Ladies serving us were aware of the information earlier. So in the long run happy it worked out for me annoyed that the company hadnt sent me a QR code so hopefully this can fixed up for other people booking through this site so it doesn't happen to them.

Super responsive service, especially through Facebook Messenger rather than email. They truly saved my day. I had taken a domestic flight and left my luggage at DMK Airport storage without realizing that my return flight was arriving at Suvarnabhumi Airport. As soon as I contacted them, they responded very quickly and sent me a payment link for an affordable luggage transfer service. They arranged for my bags to be delivered directly to my hotel near the arrival airport and even contacted the hotel on my behalf. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. My return flight was at 11:00 PM, so this service was an absolute lifesaver. They really helped me solve a major problem and gave me complete peace of mind. Highly recommended!

I am thrilled with the entire service and will use your offer in the future and also recommend it to others. The only difficulty at the beginning was finding the storage facility. This was for two reasons: 1. The logo at the stand is not the same as on the website. 2. The Google Maps instructions for walking there were not accurate. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you!

Bag storage was super easy with friendly and helpful staff. With the drop off point right next to the airport rail link it was very convenient.

I was so glad to find a place where I could leave my luggage in the airport. However, it wasn't easy to find their location. It took 3 calls to them to figure out they're on the basement floor of the terminal past where one would buy a train ticket. Also, it wasn't clear when I booked that when they say the price is for "1 adult" they really mean "1 bag" so I had to pay extra for the second bag I left with them. It was still worth the price, though. The service was very good, friendly, and efficient and I would use them again in the future.

I visited Iconsiam for shopping, but luggage storage was an issue. I found this place on the internet, which allowed me to shop comfortably. However, it was a bit difficult to find. I managed to enter through the basement parking lot, but it would be helpful if there were directions on how to get there from the ground floor.

It was such a simple, seamless process. Booked and paid online. Dropped my golf bag at the counter and that’s it. 2 days storage 200THB! Really value for money! Staff was polite and helpful!

I needed to leave some luggage while I did a shorter domestic trip to save on those checked bag fees and hassle of dragging more along than I needed. I came across this company and it was just as easy as their website says. It's very affordable, the process was quick and easy, and everything is held in a secure room. I would highly recommend them if you need to leave some luggage behind for any period of time. (One note though, they only accept credit card payments - no cash.)

The reservation form states that the airpirt delivery is available at 16:00. After not getting an email confirming I found out after paying that its not available until 6:00 pm by messaging on Facebook. Hopefully they actually cancel and refund. Pretty important aspect to be incorrect. I'll be safe and get a taxi van.

the airportel website has a turn-by-turn instruction of how to get there. the storage fee was very affordable. staff was very friendly and explained the process very well. you can also book your slot online via their web though i preferred to go pay there directly. they will ask your estimated pick-up time so that they can manage the location of the storage (i assume). my luggage was stored inside the booth behind the counter. but i did see a lot of bags stored outside of the booth, away from the staff's view. not sure how safe is it. i do believe there are CCTV though it still is worrying. Will definitely use their service again.

This service is just ok. I needed a place to hold my bags for a few hours between Airbnb check out/check in. Conveniently located at Terminal 21 on Sukhumvit. Not a great value but there if you need them. Please know that even if you have a small shopping bag attached to your luggage they charge you. Silly, I just put if in my backpack and left annoyed

What a relief to find my luggage in perfect shape at midnight after a delayed connection flight! The Airportel booth is conveniently located near the train station.

The luggage storage in BKK airport was pretty good. Staff were friendly. The only issue was it was difficult to find and my booking didn’t include the exact location. It was on B floor near the train station. Being close to the station is handy as you drop bags and can quickly grab a train.

Just the seamlessness and friendliness of the service as well as being 4 times cheaper than the 'official' airport storage option. Airport Information had not even heard of these guys, yet a short walk, and you have a superb option and great value .... wish other airports had such alternatives ! Thank you Airportel

I paid for storage at a counter that turns out has been closed for 2 years. When I rang the help number they hung up on me

Simple and efficient, and one of the cheapest providers. I forgot my receipt and with the passport they found me immediately. I booked and paid my deposit well before my trip and even if I had not received a confirmation email everything went very well at the time of deposit.

It was fast, economical and efficient. The luggage was safe and well cared for for 15 days until I remove it again. Recommended 100 percent.

Good Fast Service. Convenience serves the people and Airportels offers a Good Service and Service at a Good Price. However, additional staff would be better to serve customers even faster. Findability will also be a recommendation.

Use with MIXT Chatuchak The counter staff were very responsive, but we waited quite a while for the reception because there was only one person. The price is 150 baht for a half-day deposit of a large suitcase (maybe a fixed fee, cheaper if the time is short?).

Go to the train/metro level to find it No indication is given and it is a bit difficult to find your way ^^ Otherwise very good efficient and cheap service.
