What a flawless experience! They picked up our golf bags from a small hotel on the outskirts of Bangkok and delivered them within a single day to Phuket airport. Everything went super smoothly. Amazing service and super inexpensive. Took it to the huge mbk shopping center. It's on the quick left after u get off the 6th floor elevator. I will def. Use their service if I come back. Its kinda tricky to find at the airport (bkk) it's in the basement far off by little shops. So give yourself time to find the place.

Had to go to Phuket for a few days but couldn't go with all my luggage because of the Bangkok airline weight restrictions to Phuket, so I asked Airportels to keep 4 suitcases. They picked my luggage from my hotel in Bangkok and kept it at the airport They were in the hotel lobby before the scheduled pickup time and the person was very courteous.Will use again

Late flight to Tokyo from bkk. So I dropped my bags off at Terminal 21 before noon and got them to the airport. I was able to spend the day without worrying about getting back to the Airbnb to pick them up. I got email confirmation that they were at the airport later in the day. I spend the day running around the city and doing some sightseeing. I jumped on the airport train later in the day and the luggage pickup location was right next to the station at the airport. Very convenient and quick. Would definitely recommend.

With a reasonable price, you can just drop your luggage at central world and continue your shopping and pick up ur luggage at airport.

I found this out on my last day in Bangkok and so happy I found it! It's located right at the terminal 21 mall so it's really convenient to drop off your luggage and venture Bangkok handsfree for the one last time before heading to the airport. Very friendly staffs and convenient. I will use it again!

Everything worked out perfectly on time with our luggage transfer between BKK and DMK airports in Bangkok. It relieved us for the day and we were able to experience Bangkok freely without worrying about our luggage the whole day. The price we paid for this transfer was 199 THB per bag and this was quite reasonable considering the distance betweeen the two airports and the relief that we got in return for this service.

I have used their service twice now, and let me tell you it has changed my life! I travel constantly for my work, which requires packing a lot of luggage for multiple seasons and for very formal events. I use Bangkok as my main international hub for flights, and often go into the city for a day or two and conrtinue elsewhere. Dragging a 23kg suitcase into public transportation or through the streets of Bangkok is horrible, and now using the aeroportel service everything is way more convenient! They are friendly, their cost is great, they speak English and Thai, and my bags have never been damaged or tampered with. Things to know: - when they say 24hrs, they mean 24hrs. Do not collect your luggage in 24hrs and 1 minute. If your time ends at 2:30, be there before then. They will charge you another day at 2:31... Just accept that. The service is already a reasonable cost anyway, be timely. - check your suitcase with them, take photos if you must. as the minute you sign that paper, you release liability for damages without proof. I have never had an issue of anything being damaged, but this is just a so you know tip. - their limit for the 100 baht cost is 25kg. If your bag is over 25kg, they will charge you another 100 baht. - DO NOT LOSE YOUR PICK UP TAG! The slip of paper confirming your bag will have the time you checked the bag and the time you anticipate picking it up highlighted. Do not lose this, as they will charge you for losing it. All of this seems like common sense, but it may not be for others.

This is a great service when you have a later flight. For a nominal sum, it stores your bag and delivers it to the airport.... freeing up a day of tourism without lugging around suitcases.

Needless to say, it's one of the easy way for traveler who got late flight time. You don't need to stay one more day in hotel, Its more cheap and convinience. just call them or find them. give your carrier, feel free last day in BKK.

After staying in Bangkok for a month my lovely wife and I were off to tour Vietnam for three weeks and didn't need or want to bring both our 78 liter bags with us. This luggage storage shop was easy to locate at their convenient location. My lovely wife set it all up online and we went during their open hours handed over the bags and went back to pick them up before the deadline indicated on the receipt we were given. We got our bags back in the same condition we handed them in at no extra cost with a big smile from the young man manning the shop.

This is my first time using it, so I was a little worried, but it arrived at the airport store just fine. I was relieved to receive a polite reply immediately when I texted my concerns even before I went to Thailand. On the day I left my luggage, I had two hours to pick it up, so I had to stay at the front desk all the time, and I was thinking about asking the front desk to pick it up, but the pick-up staff arrived and helped me. I thought it would be great if the staff had a batch that would make it easy to identify them as AIRPOTELs. It was hard to tell which one.
