Bangkok Chaophraya Dinner Cruise With Thai Cultural Show

We took a night cruise. It was extremely well presented with great western music and also tradition Thai dancers with traditional Thai music. Very good food and very friendly and helpful staff too. Of course beautiful views of the illuminated temples along the way.

6th July 2026 - We booked as a family of 4 adults direct with the Cruise line - I liked this option as you were able to select the deck and approx seating you wanted (inside/outside tables). We had to exchange our email confirmation for actual tickets and the directions of where to get this within Asiatique was confusing. We walked all over and asked a few times before we found the correct place. You then have to queue (about 30 minutes) to get on the boat - to be honest we wished we had gone to a nearby bar and had a drink and joined the queue when we saw it was going down! Our allocated seats were at points where people wanted photos of them and the scenery behind so it got a little frustrating when we were trying to enjoy the evening and our food. There was a wide selection of food, however, as we were on the top open air deck, by the time you queued for the various options, and then you got back to your table the food was cold. I therefore did not eat much because of this. Drinks are not included so these were billed at the end of the evening. Our seat allocation did not give a great view of the entertainment so this is worth bearing in mind. The views from our table, when people were not there taking photos, were great and we really enjoyed this aspect of it.

One thing to note is that there was no option during booking (through Viator) to select your table or choose between the upper open-air deck and the air-conditioned lower or middle decks. Seating appears to be assigned, which can impact your overall experience depending on your preference for views, temperature, and proximity to the show.

We had a great time on this cruise , staff were lovely . We paid for the top deck , which we would thoroughly recommend. Wish the cruise was a little longer . Food great value for the price . We will book again when we return to Bangkok.

NO SHOW! Don’t book this! It was the worst experience! They messaged me to be there from 6:00 to 7:50PM. I was there before 7:50PM, but there was no staff in the Chaophraya Dinner Cruise booth. I ended up so disappointed and went back to Japan. I just wasted money on this booking.

It was a nice experience and well organised. However, 2 hours is too short for this dinner cruise since it was a mere rush to have dinner, to view the buildings and to enjoy the shows. I would like to recommend if 45 minutes should be given to everyone to have dinner followed by the shows and view the buildings etc.

The Bangkok river cruise was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere was both elegant and romantic, making it a perfect choice for a special evening. The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. The live entertainment added a wonderful touch — lively but not overpowering — and created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing night on the water. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, ensuring that every detail was taken care of from start to finish. Watching the city lights and famous landmarks glide by as we dined was truly breathtaking. Highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic night out or anyone wanting to experience Bangkok from a new and beautiful perspective!

Our family had the most wonderful experience on your cruise. It rained only briefly, but the food and entertainment were awesome and bar-none full of fun! I recommend this tour for all visitors.

The cruise on Chao Phraya river included delicious buffet dinner with large variety of food and drinks, beautiful traditional dance show, popular live music, thrilling experience passing bellow the low bridges and the warmest ever service from the crew. At the end the crew and the customers were like one big family❣️ If there is a chance I want to join the cruise again❣️

Incredible organization, just difficult to find the booth to pick up the tickets, but the service, the staff, the shows (singers, saxophonists, dancers…), the fireworks, the buffet were truly magical; it’s expensive, but the quality is there!

Just a beautiful experience. If you are planning a dinner trip, you should book this trip. Big ship. Each visitor had been allocated a table, so there was no chaos. The buffet was varied and mega delicious and it was always replenished. Each floor had its own buffet, so there were no long lines at the buffet. There was live music and the waiters were very attentive and quickly cleared plates. Everything on the ship was neat and clean. Whole staff was friendly. We had a lot of fun and could take beautiful photos. Even with fireworks!

Great dinner and great atmosphere. Very friendly staff, singer with a sublime voice, very nice choreography done by the waitresses, and then we danced until the fit of the ride, in song. I highly recommend it. Philippe
