Sit back and relax as you enjoy a transfer from Bangkok International Airport to Bangkok City Hotel. You will be picked up by your driver/guide depending on your flight's arrival time. Duration: Airport representatives will be waiting in the paging area with a sign with your name. The paging area is on the Exit Gate at the International Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Check Point.
Additional Note :It is best to look for your airport representative at the Exit Gate at paging area.

We were asked to provide our flight information which clearly showed the time that we arrived, around 11 am. We followed the exact area they advised for us to meet (Gate 3 and even checked Gate 4), they were not there. Asked the other tour operators for help to locate them, they advised to contact Viator. We did, they called them twice, no response. We had no choice but to take a cab service. They then reached out to me 2 hours later at 1:30 asking where we were and are trying to dispute the refund request.

The airport is pretty busy with lots of names written on pieces of paper! Head to the big number 4 by the door and you will be in the right area. Once we found our name we were taken to our waiting taxi for a nice air conditioned journey into Bangkok. I would recommend this service.

Hundreds of vendors with name signs at arrival level couldn't find mine. Called number listed, no answer. Other staff at Airport did not recognize this company name. After about an hour from landing time viator showed my booking as complete. Wonder if I'll get a refund! Plenty of cabs at Airport, similar price, much better option.

One of the more disorganized greeting experiences I've had. The driver was not easy to find, I had to go to a very chaotic board to try to find my name, then they had to locate a driver, who if he spoke English as promised, wasn't apparent to me as he never spoke. After 2 days of travel, it was not the experience I was expecting or needing.

The van was in a pretty poor condition compared to vans booked through Grab. It got us to our hotel safely though.
Easy pickup with name board displayed at correct location. Good instructions and timely transport. Driver was safe and took the quickest route.

I was waiting at the Airport for an hour after arrival. No sign/person to greet me at Gate 3 as per the emailed instructions given to me. I had to ask around, messaged online and no response. I then eventually called to find out where my transfer was. All I heard on the phone was "Oh". Don't think my booking was even placed on Bangkok Airport pickup schedule. Yes they quickly tried to rectify this and people make mistakes, however i needed to be at my hotel at a certain time
Our flight was delayed but our transfer was there waiting right where she said she would be. Called the driver immediately and took us downstairs to wait for him. Very easy and straight forward transfer

This is all on much more price (41 something USD) - while my friend who was using other booking platform managed to get private transfer with a toyota sedan & on time driver for USD 23

Pick up was efficiently organized given that Bangkok Airport can be hectic at all hours. Agent at gate 3 was waiting for me and she called the car in question which arrived within 5-10 minutes. Price was right, as well.

Since we were contacted via WhatsApp before we wrote briefly when we had not found the name tag at the airport. We had been looking for Viator/ when the contact came, the sign read Sun Leisure. But the contact came to us immediately - no waiting time, everything was fine.

Still on the plane I received 2 text messages with announcement of the gate (was already known), but they were still not on time. Although the machine arrived a little early, we had to wait almost half an hour. There were things in the car that you wouldn't expect in a taxi. The driver then also took us to a wrong hotel.
