Don't choose this hotel if you plan to explore Bangkok city. It is located far from the city center, and heavy traffic makes traveling in and out time-consuming. The hotel's exterior looks impressive, but don't expect the same level of beauty inside.

Beware: They will try to get as much money as possible out of you offline which giving you below average facilities. WiFi sucks , very low speed and it kept disconnecting like very couple of minutes which was one of the major issues with that hotel. We booked online for 2 days(fully paid online) and when we went to checkin, they took extra 500 baht offline as deposit which was never mentioned anywhere before. Obviously they never returned it citing using towels and basic utilities and cleaning though all of those things were absolutely below average. and again this was not mentioned anywhere before else we would not have booked a hotel which is charging 500baht for basic facilities like towels and cleaning. The breakfast had very few options which were just average and lacked everything from taste to temperature. WiFi did not work at all, it kept disconnecting and when it was connected it literally never worked, make sure you have mobile internet data for use. No public transport around. Very disappointing experience all over,there are better hotels with better services and integrity out there, would not suggest anyone

Perfect location for staying for a Rajamangala concert. The staff are friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, adequately stocked. Hot water available at every minute. Sound insulation is good. Provide breakfast but I did not try it. 20 minute walk from Rajamangala. Trust me, you will appreciate it when a stadium of 70k ppl all got out at the same time. There is a 711 nearby. The area seems pretty safe and busy even in late hour

The access to the hotel from the main road is easily flooded during rain. Guests are required to request two room keys and pay a deposit of 300 baht. The breakfast menu lacks variety. The cleanliness of the hotel is also disappointing, with noticeable dust on the tables and behind the TV
