Got shuttle car drop off on request and it not a just a hotel. it has washing machine, kitchen zone, bathtub and Japan smart toilet. normally hotel doesn't have all this inside the room. so this is the best one ready for anything short term or long term with everything you ever need.
Loved this serviced apartment! Stayed for 1 night with sisters. 2 bedrooms suite were well functionally divided. Loads of amenities in the hotel (pool, gym, ice bath, mini golf) Comfy bed, good air conditioners, spotless clean room and bathroom. Well equipped kitchenette. Easy check in and check out. Surrounded by supermarkets, cafes, restaurant. Very closed to BTS phrom pong and Thonglor and FREE Shuttle bus on request at anytime. K. Nirut offered to drive to restaurant nearby too. He was very kind and polite. Very well recommended this place to anyone looking for convenient, comfortable, hassle free, peaceful stay that also good for nightlife, dining out and shopping
Very rude. I had a problem with a bad smell coming from the air conditioner in my room. Instead of solving the issue, the staff kept focusing only on payment. They told me there were no rooms available and that maybe the next day I could move or they would find another solution. However, it was clear they actually had another room available for me, but they simply did not want to clean and prepare my current room that same day. I explained that it was not acceptable for me to stay in a room with a strong smell coming from the AC, and that if they were unable to fix it, I would need to move to another hotel if no other room was available. As soon as I said I would leave and stay somewhere else, they panicked and told me that if I stayed only two more hours after check-out time, I would have to pay an extra overstaying fee. Right after that, they suddenly found another room for me immediately. This showed that the problem was not the lack of rooms, but that they simply did not want to clean and prepare my previous room, since the new room was already ready. I have been staying here for several days, and every day they call me in a threatening tone telling me to come downstairs and pay immediately or that they would come to my room. I have been paying every day without any issue, so I do not understand why they cannot simply wait until I come to the reception. I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior from hotel staff. Because of this, I am now forced to move somewhere else.
Excellent service, super clean and modern serviced apartments. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location is also ideal being in an upscale area that is close to many restaurants and public transportation points. Staff here were extremely helpful and professional, they allowed me a late check out free of charge as well. I will be returning or visiting one of their other properties around Thailand.
We feel like staying at home. We stayed in two bedrooms, with washing machine and dryer in the room. Everything is quite good from this hotel. But something that needs improvement is about the cleaning. I found the sink is still dirty with many crumbs after the daily cleaning. And they didn't replenished water bottles as many as on the day we came. After I saw the crumbs in the sink, we assumed that they didn't wash properly the cutleries. We didn't dare to used it anymore. And the floor in the balcony is really dirty.. I also found some dirty stains in washing machine buttons and bidet control buttons. The location is quite good. But not in prime location. 700 m from Thonglor BTS station. The plus one is there are so many good restaurants near the hotel. At sukhumvit 49. Just a walking distance from the hotel.
