Dear Milan and team, thank you for your hospitality when we stayed this week with our family. You team is exceptional, particularly Lo at concierge who delighted us constantly! His helpful and happy disposition was just what we needed as we were missing our luggage for three days. Also staff at breakfast and housekeeping were standouts too, they went above and beyond. The breakfast and afternoon teas (pictured) were exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Staff in the Piano Lounge (I’m sorry I’ve forgotten the gentleman from Nepal’s name) were amazing. We hope to return.

This is only my impression from the lobby and dinning areas. First of all, very first class. Staff is cordial and attentive to all guest arriving into the hotel including strangers like myself who came to register for the Bangkok International Film Festival which was located in the lobby. There is a cafe towards the right when you enter and serve many wonderful and delicious sandwiches and pastries. Sit next to the grand piano and be right at home. The lobby itself is luxurious and opulent I can imagine what the rooms would look like. The hotel has a shuttle that can bring you to Siam Paragon nearby, it is steps away from the water taxi and close to many shopping areas. This hotel is an ideal location if you are coming to Bangkok. Highly Recommended.
Returning to VIE Hotel Bangkok – MGallery Collection, Ratchathewi after eight years was more than simply another hotel stay; it felt like returning to a place where the warmth of its people had never changed. What made this visit particularly meaningful was meeting Ms Boom, the Concierge Manager, once again. Eight years ago, she welcomed us with such genuine warmth and gracious hospitality, and all these years later, that same sincerity remains. To be remembered and welcomed with such familiarity made our return incredibly special. It is people like Ms Boom who transform a beautiful hotel into a place filled with lasting memories. Our appreciation also goes to Sara at Reception, whose professionalism, attentiveness and remarkable care ensured that our stay was seamlessly looked after from the moment we arrived. Her thoughtful approach and readiness to assist gave us complete confidence that we were always in good hands. A special mention must also go to Ms Praew from the Piano Lounge, whose warmth and gracious service added yet another wonderful dimension to our experience. Nothing ever seemed too troublesome for her—or, indeed, for any member of the team. Every request was met with patience, a genuine smile and a sincere desire to make us comfortable. The luxurious facilities are certainly impressive, but what truly distinguishes VIE Hotel is its people. Despite being away from home and in another country, we were made to feel completely at ease—almost as though we had found a second home, only with the added pleasure of being exceptionally pampered. Eight years may have passed, but the warmth, consistency and genuine spirit of hospitality remain unchanged. That level of consistency is rare and deserves to be recognised. Our heartfelt compliments to Ms Boom, Sara, Ms Praew and the entire VIE Hotel Bangkok team for delivering hospitality that goes far beyond five stars. For us, this was not merely a five-star stay. It was a six-star experience, made memorable by six-star people.
I have a personalised *EMBROIDERED PILLOW*! In hundreds of hotel stays, this may be the craziest thing I've ever seen. I'm hoping they'll let me take it home as a souvenir. This is an outstanding hotel. I rarely review somewhere while I'm still staying there, but after one night it's already clear that almost everything is exceptionally well done. As an ALL Platinum member, we were upgraded to a huge 81 sq m executive suite - modern, beautifully appointed and genuinely luxurious. The room is wonderfully spacious, with excellent views even from a mid-level floor. The bathroom is superb, with a large deep bath and separate shower. Breakfast is one of the best spreads I've had in two months travelling around Asia - varied, plentiful and high quality. I particularly loved the açai, excellent vegan sausages and some of the best fresh fruit juices of the trip. The lobby bar has free canapés and cocktails every afternoon with lounge access or ALL status, it's a nice addition though it could have better selections for vegetarians and vegans. The gym is easily the best hotel gym I've seen, approaching proper commercial-gym standard - though it could use a chest fly and a hack squat. The pool is lovely too, with a bar where we could redeem our welcome drinks for premium options. Staff have been excellent throughout (including Lo the doorman who always greets us by name) and easily meet five-star standards. I haven't fully got my bearings in Bangkok yet, but the location seems very convenient. Public transport is close by and Grab is easy to use. We're here for several days before travelling elsewhere in Thailand, and will return to Bangkok for another night next month. At this point, I can't imagine choosing anywhere else for that return stay - and I can't think of a higher compliment than that.
From arrival to departure, I received attentive and thoughtful service throughout my stay. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The consistently high standard of service across all departments reflects excellent management and staff training, something that is especially evident in Thailand. I highly appreciated their professionalism and hospitality. Highly recommended.
