Nothing special about this hotel. It starts on the 7th floor of the shopping center below. Lobby staff were ok. There is only 1 person in the dining room/restaurant, who took food order, was bartender, was cook and server all-in-one. I give him credit for trying but - WOW. Drinks are very basic with little alcohol. The Vela burger was huge and tasted great. The shrimp curry was not up to "Thai curry" standards. The view from bed on the 17th floor is nice. I was not impressed and shortened my stay as I decided to try a different hotel.
I had a pleasant stay at Dela Vhi Glow overall.
The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, which made it easy to rest well after a long day.
The hotel’s location remains a strong highlight, offering great convenience for getting around. The service staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful, which really enhanced the experience. I also appreciated the quality toiletries provided in the bathroom and the welcome drinks at the lobby.
The food quality at the buffet breakfast is good, even though the spread could be wider. The highlight of the breakfast has got to be the wellness juices available daily.
One area for improvement would be the air conditioning, which was quite cold even when set to 25–26°C with the lowest airflow.
Spent 3 days here and super satisfied with the service! Location is also super strategic.
The location is on the top of clothing stores, they provide lifts for the hotel guests and a security will guide you to the receptionist.

Located right on Shibuya, which is great for early morning shopping. Easy lift access, though main lobby is not directly on 1st floor but rather on 7th floor, and you need to interchange to another lift to get to hotel room. I had a great stay here though. Room service, welcome drinks and restaurants are good. I am a bit confused as to why the rooms allow access to bathroom from wardrobe 🤣, very unique feature. I also wish there was a full-body mirror in hotel room. Overall, my experience was pleasant, and I would recommend to family/friends.

My two lady friends and I stayed at Vela Dhi Glow, and it was an amazing experience! The location is perfect — all the major malls are within walking distance, making it super convenient.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Our room was spotless every day, with fresh towels and linens changed daily. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the mini fridge and the well-stocked coffee station — everything we needed was thoughtfully provided.
Breakfast had plenty of options, and everything was delicious. We enjoyed it every morning during our 4-day, 3-night stay.
There’s currently some construction on the front road, which makes the area a bit congested, but once that’s done, this will easily be a 10/10 location.
We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit!
