Valia Hotel Bangkok

We had a wonderful 6-day stay at Valia Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit 24, during our family holiday in Thailand. The overall atmosphere, ambience, and arrangements were excellent. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing environment. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, hygienic, and well maintained, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of delicious options to choose from. Indian food is also available and can be ordered from the main menu. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality of the hotel staff. Throughout our six-day stay, the team was incredibly friendly, courteous, professional, and supportive. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Overall, it was a fantastic and memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday, and Valia Hotel played a wonderful part in making our time in Bangkok so special. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Valia Hotel team for your exceptional hospitality, kindness, and continuous support throughout our stay. We had an excellent stay at this hotel.The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the hotel, and the rooms were huge, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to return for an additional two nights after our trip to Chiang Mai. One thing that really stood out was the wonderful scent throughout the hotel, which made the entire property feel fresh and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from each morning. All the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Mild, who was always there to greet us warmly at breakfast. Her hospitality and welcoming attitude made our mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, an amazing experience with excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bangkok. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Valia Bangkok for 6 nights, checking in on 16th September and checking out on 22nd September, and we had a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. A very special mention to Ms. Panita, the Front Office Manager, who made our stay exceptionally comfortable. From the moment we checked in until our departure, she was incredibly warm, attentive and helpful, and always made sure everything was taken care of. Her hospitality truly made a difference to our stay. We were also celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel made such a sweet and thoughtful gesture by decorating our beautiful, spacious room and arranging a lovely cake for us. It was such a wonderful surprise and made our celebration even more special. ❤️ The food was absolutely delicious, with a special mention to Chef Oman. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay — the spread was generous, with so many choices and a great mix-and-match selection. We especially appreciated having Indian food options as well. Our room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made our six-night stay feel very relaxing and special. Thank you to the entire team at Valia Bangkok for making our anniversary trip such a memorable one. We had a beautiful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. We had a wonderful stay at VALIA Bangkok Sukhumvit 24. Best at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and kindly upgraded our room to a Family Suite. We really appreciated her thoughtful gesture, which made our stay much more comfortable and relaxing. All the staff we met were kind, friendly, and helpful, and we truly appreciated their warm hospitality. There were just a couple of things that could be improved. We requested extra tissues and toilet paper late at night through the hotel app and by phone, but unfortunately they were never delivered. Also, when we took a shower during the daytime, only cold water was available. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay at VALIA Bangkok again. Thank you, Best, and all the staff, for your kindness and hospitality!
