First the good - the bed was super comfy, the aircon cold, the pool cool and the location…unbeatable. Now, the not so good - the wifi is horribly slow. This country has some of the best speeds we have ever seen, so there is no reason why the speeds at this hotel should be capped at 10mbps. Also the rooms smell quite damp but you get use to it and there are enough other positives that make it bearable.

One of the worst hotel stays I've had. The air conditioning was broken for the first two nights, the room had a musty smell, and there was constant banging and pounding noise at all hours, day and night. On the third night, staff told me the hotel was overbooked and moved me to a different room with no warning. No compensation or real acknowledgment was offered on-site. Would not recommend, especially if you're paying for a full night's sleep.
2-night stay in May 2026. I mean it wasn’t a bad bad stay but bits and pieces here and there were disappointing. My room keycard failed to work on BOTH days that I was there, and I had to make the arduous trek back from the long hallway back to the reception twice, and wait for the staff to fix it with his laptop both times, wasting valuable time in the process. I mean seriously, how much can two AAA batteries cost to replace? I also didn’t like the fact that the hotel did not have a proper chair and work desk and we had to work on our laptops from the beds, albeit not for very long. Location is a bit of a mixed bag, 12 minutes walk to the subway/skytrain which isn’t great by Bangkok standards (I’ve tried more than 70 hotels in this city alone and always attempt a different one each visit). Cleanliness was acceptable but nothing to brag about either. However to give them credit, I appreciated several things, firstly that the temperature controls in the room truly worked and I could slam the AC down to 17°C, the WiFi was strong and powerful and so were the showers and hot water. And of course for the price paid, this was an acceptable but not exceptional stay.
The room was great and the staff were very helpful. Even though there was a minor issue with the pool at the time, I could still swim and enjoy it without any problems. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!
stayed 6 nights on a recent business trip. The hotel is located in a quiet soi, within 5 minutes walk to Sukhumvit MRT train station. The staff were all delightful, my room spacious, comfortable and very clean. The gym is small but has enough to get a decent workout, the pool area also small but enough to cool off. The breakfast selection was ample, fresh with eggs, omelet etc cooked fresh and to your liking daily. I would definitely book this hotel again based on value for money, location, staffing and options for dining within a couple of minutes walk. Thanks to all the team at Two Three
