We stayed 1 week and the hotel staff was so nice and welcoming, one receptionist was speaking multiple languages with us !
The location is perfect to visit the city and with easy access especially when using Grab.
The hotel entrance is very beautiful and the services are great (massage, swimming pool, gym, restaurants)
The rooms are quite spacious but I have to say that they are very very old especially the bathroom which is very surprising for a hotel this famous and pretty on the outside.
The equipment seems like it hasn’t been changed since the 80s.
The bathtub and the shower head were so worn out. The sink was always clogged…
Anyways we still enjoyed our stay !

The Twin Towers Hotel เดอะ ทวิน ทาวเวอร์ offers very good value for Bangkok, especially at around HKD 450 per night. The hotel is definitely a little outdated, but the rooms are surprisingly spacious and comfortable for the price.
The swimming pool is a nice bonus and a good place to relax. There is also a gym, although it is quite basic and some of the equipment feels old and rusty.
The biggest weakness is the check-in process. Check-in is only available after 2 PM, which is understandable, but they also would not allow the registration procedures and documents to be completed before 2 PM. This means many guests start the entire process at the same time, making the reception unnecessarily slow and inefficient during peak check-in hours.
The room itself was spacious, although the toilet bowl in my room was constantly draining a small amount of water, so some maintenance would definitely help.
Overall, despite its age and a few operational issues, The Twin Towers Hotel is still a solid choice if you prioritize space, a swimming pool and good value for money over modern facilities. At around HKD 450 per night, it is difficult to complain too much.

Amazing stay! Staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived — security, bellman, and receptionist all made us feel welcome. Our room (810) was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a very kind room attendant. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. We wanted to extend our stay but it was fully booked — that says it all! Highly recommend this hotel and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip.
I recently stayed at Twin Towers Hotel in Bangkok and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel location is convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The breakfast and food service were also good, with many choices and a nice dining environment. The staff members were polite and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable.
I especially want to mention Punn from the F&B team. He was very friendly, kind, and helpful during our stay. As a Chinese visitor, I appreciated his patience and warm attitude when communicating with guests. He always greeted us with a smile and provided service in a very professional and caring way.
Glad to stay at the Twin Towers Hotel and the staff are good at hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.
