Be careful with the deposit you leave; they’ll try to keep it. A guy at the reception—some guy named Awa…wants to pocket it... BE CAREFUL. The air conditioning was hit-or-miss, and the hot water was also an issue, but the theft without warning at the reception by someone named Awa… was the worst part—we’re talking about a guy with acne. Be CAREFUL.
This place is good for the price. A bit old but okay. Stayed there for 8 days and they do clean the room but it is still a bit dusty. Dont expect a very high class hotel. You're getting what you've paid for. Now for the location it has a really good location as its only 5-10 mins away from BTS and Pratunam market. Also there's a 7 eleven just infront of this hotel. For the service i would like to commend Jasper the receptionist. He's a great guy and we we're actually able to talk to him and get infos about where to go and other stuff. If there's a 10 star i would give him a 10. Amazing dude. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tori Crown Hotel! I contacted the team to help arrange a surprise birthday decoration and a cake for my girlfriend’s 25th birthday, and they exceeded all expectations. The room was beautifully decorated with balloons and swan towels, and the cake was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and made our celebration truly special. Highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and heart-warming hospitality. Thank you for making our trip to Bangkok so memorable!
Affordable and worth the price! They have massage, and taxi services to the airport, you can also put your luggages before and after the check-in/check-out periods. The room is quite big but they only have 1 lift.
⭐ 1 Star – Very bad experience We booked this hotel for 2 nights (7–8 October), but we could only stay for about 3 hours. As soon as we lay on the bed, we found insects/bugs in the bed. It was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. Because of this, we had to change rooms immediately, but even after that, the situation was so bad that we decided to leave the hotel right away. Despite this serious issue, no refund was provided. After staying there, our bodies became very itchy, which was very concerning. We were traveling with our 2-year-old child, so we could not take any risks and had to leave immediately. Overall, this was a terrible and stressful experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially for families with children.
