Good clean rooms, building showing signs of age 😉. Very good location for mall shopping and canal boat ferries/ taxi's pickup point. Quiet location not far from freeway / main roads. WiFi drops drops out regularly.

Good value for money and comfortable stay. Rooms are fine and location is convenient. However, staff were not very friendly and the washroom looks a bit old, but still okay for the price.
I booked this hotel knowing that it’s a bit far from the center just because I wanted to rest and relax. The pool and the gym was a plus however, they “closed” the pool because of “maintenance” which I didn’t even see. The most important thing during my 5 day stay here was supposed to be the wifi and the TV however, the wifi was so SLOW and most of the time it didn’t even work. The staff tried to fix the TV but in the end, i still couldn’t use it. Overall, it’s such a boring stay. The room was decent but it’s obvious that it’s old. For it’s price, there’s still better options nearby.
Very inexpensive stay with a 1000฿ cash deposit, returned without issues. Twin beds are comfy and clean. The biggest downside is the internet. It’s slow when it works, and it disconnects often, forcing you through login steps again. This was the main source of frustration. The bathroom is unpleasant, with stains and mold in many places. Furniture is old, worn, and not very clean. Dust, crumbs, and hair in corners. Still, having a table and seating is useful, even if you can’t move it and there’s only one chair. On the positive side, the balcony is excellent. Great view over the city, river, and even tennis courts. Also very practical for drying clothes. Location is convenient. Right by a canal boat pier, with a good supermarket next door and a 7/11 about 5 minutes away. The gym is surprisingly well equipped. Dumbbells of all weights, benches, a basic bar setup, cable machine, cardio, AC, and a nice green view. Often empty in the afternoons. Appliances worked well: large kettle, quiet fridge and AC. The keycard setup is simple and practical, though having only one card for a twin room is inconvenient.
Good Value for Simple Let's start with the good. It is conveniently located next to some tennis courts and badminton courts if you like to play and also to a waterway with a water taxi if that helps you get around. They provide free parking. The aircon is efficient in the rooms once you get it going (the maid will turn it off everyday when you're gone). The towels were nice, soft and large, however they don't provide wash cloths and we didnt have hand towels until day 2. The housekeeping will provide 2 bottles of water a day if you let them clean the room. There is LOTS of storage in the room, 2 closets with drawers, 2 large cabinets and a few drawers. There is a mini fridge, blow dryer and water kettle in the room. The room, overall, was clean. Now for the bad, or at least helpful things to know when deciding if this hotel is worth the value to you. At check-in, you have to pay 1000 baht cash for the deposit, do not lose the 1 key they give you or the paper receipt or you will not get the deposit back at check out. There is not a safe in the room and our slider did not lock on the balcony. We did not have any issues with theft, but I didnt feel as secure. Because of this, we only had maid service come every other day, but we would run out of toilet paper everyday because the paper rolls were small and they never provided an extra. The bed was very hard, just a basic mattress. This was ok for us because I prefer a firm bed, but even on my side, it would hurt my hip after awhile. The wifi was not reliable, my husband had to work remotely and could not rely on the wifi, he had to make do with our Hotspot. In shower, the shower head is a very fine spray, but still gets thw job done. The drains and showers are old and there were flys and mosquitoes that would come out of them. The breakfast buffet is just ok, they have 7-10 dishes with only 2 items changing. There is rice, fried rice, eggs, chicken sausage, and few Thai dishes (on the weekend there were a few Indian dishes). They also have 3-4 cut fruit options, a small salad selection, toast, juices, coffee and tea. The pool was clean, but the location isn't great. I went down to it one day and there were only 2 loungers which 1 guy was occupying. The pool is on the second level which a parking structure overlooks and sun only gets to it around noon. Overall, the hotel is worth the value in Bangkok with high prices. If you're looking for luxury, you will have to pay more somewhere else.
