A good hotel with courteous staff. The breakfast is very impressive but also very expensive. When I ordered coffee to my room via the website, I wanted to change the type of milk and called a minute after placing the order; no one answered until the coffee had already arrived, so I just took it with the regular milk.
I had an absolutely amazing stay at The Sukosol Hotel in Bangkok! They were kind enough to let me check in early after a long journey, which I really appreciated. Pluem at reception was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and honestly, everyone working at the hotel was lovely.
The facilities are a little older, but everything is very well maintained. My room was super clean, comfortable and cozy. The location is also 5/5 — very convenient for getting around Bangkok. I’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️
I had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at The Sukosol Hotel in Bangkok. Everything from the rooms to the staff and overall environment was very good.
The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay. The management and staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help whenever needed.
I was especially impressed with the housekeeping service. My room was cleaned every day, and whenever I returned to the hotel, I found my bed neatly made, the bedsheets tidy, and everything organised even when I had left my bed and blankets untidy before going out!
I was given a card by Ohm inviting me to share my feedback, and I would especially like to recognise the exceptional service provided by the staff. He was kind, attentive, and always ready to help whenever needed. His warm and helpful attitude made my stay even more enjoyable, and I truly appreciated her excellent service.
Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable, clean, welcoming, and enjoyable environment. I really appreciated the service and hospitality and would definitely recommend The Sukosol Hotel to others.
We had a wonderful stay, the hotel decoration is exceptional, a lot of space, very clean, relaxing atmosphere. Thr pool is wide and nice to swim and relax. The jim has all what you need to exercise. The breakfast is wonderful with a lot of choices. The location is good not in the center but still close. Only 30 min drive to BKK
We had an amazing stay at The Sukosol Bangkok! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and immediately helped with our luggage. Everyone was extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised with a special honeymoon treat from the hotel.
We also tried the hotel massages, which was not ok, was basic. We found few better local spas outside the hotel offered better massages for a lower price and were 10 times better. We were excited about the pool but the water was super mega extra cold! (that’s a no)
Overall, we recommend The Sukosol for anyone visiting Bangkok.
