The Rose Residence is a paradise in the middle of chaotic Bangkok. Beautiful room with all desirable amenities. A good breakfast with plenty of choice in a beautiful, quiet, and tropical garden. The swimming pool is also very beautifully situated and surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and trees. In short, a delightful stay where the friendly and attentive staff do their best to make your stay even more pleasant. A few remarks: - - The sunbeds by the pool should all be replaced today, not tomorrow. These worn-out furnishings do not belong in a hotel of this class. - It is very annoying that in our room, number 1207, the water in the shower constantly changed temperature. From scorching hot to ice cold. Very uncomfortable. - The towels need replacing. Because of these remarks I give a 4 stars rating instead of 5 stars. Can recommend this Hotel and when going again to Bangkok this hotel will be certainly first option.

What a lovely hotel, tucked away behind one of the busiest roads in Bangkok, but so quiet and peaceful. Short walk to the metro and night market. Staff friendly and helpful. Bedroom large and comfortable. Bathroom good size too. Enjoyed a lovely meal one evening and refreshing dips in the pool.
Had the most amazing few days stay at the Rose residence. Was upgraded to a beautiful suite. Bed extremely comfortable, room was super quiet and very close to all amenities. Bts and MRT are 8 mins max walk and a 12 min walk to Lumpini park. Breakfasts were amazing, staff went above and beyond to help me. Booking taxis, giving advice etc. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to everyone for making my 60th birthday memorable and me falling in love with Bangkok. ❤️

The location is hard to beat. Patpong Night Market is essentially on your doorstep, and a fantastic array of restaurants, spas, and local attractions are within easy reach. One of my favorite moments was lacing up my shoes and walking to Bangkok's historic Old Town in just 30 minutes — a fascinating area steeped in culture and history that felt like a world away from the buzz of the city. The staff throughout my stay were genuinely wonderful — attentive, friendly, and helpful without being overbearing. That kind of warmth makes a real difference when you're navigating an unfamiliar city. Breakfast was a highlight. Served on a lovely garden patio, it was made to order and included in the room rate — a great way to start each morning. The patio itself has a calm, relaxed atmosphere that gives you a moment to breathe before diving into the day. The room was a comfortable size, the air conditioning worked perfectly (essential in Bangkok's heat), and the bed was genuinely restful. For the price paid, the overall value is outstanding.
