Location wise quite ok. Nearby to amenities such as laundry, 7/11 and restaurants. They provide microwave and air fryer, coffee and ice in the dining room. Hotel gym has variety of machines but the ventilation and smell not very nice. The staff’s’ customer service is not as good as other hotels around this area. The hotel lobby is not air conditioned always, no lounge place. It’s super hot and sweating when I wait for the lift. The rooms are old and lights are dimmed. They don’t provide complementary coffee in the room. The towels are very old and thin.

0.5/5 This was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. The room I stayed in had a musty smell and was poorly lit. Even worse, the bathroom door wouldn’t close. I also used the parking service, but the security staff did not take good care of my car at all. On top of that, the driver who picked me up from the airport drove very poorly and showed no consideration for the passengers. He was speeding and honking at other cars. I definitely won’t be using this service again.

I stayed here many time but this time during my stay the experience was very bad, for whole week thei wifi is not working aircon is very slow and after asking to staff for the solution they said it is like this only and they can not do anything. Suggest if you want comfort and convenience then dont stay here.

The room might be a bit small, but overall, it’s nicely decorated. The bed is comfortable, not too soft or too hard. The air conditioner seems small, but it's very cold. Cleanliness is average. Don’t expect too much from breakfast. ***The elevator at the front building is noisy all the time, whether going up or down. I checked the maintenance record posted and found it hasn’t been serviced for over a year. I would suggest the hotel call a technician to check it out, as using it makes me feel uneasy. 😅😅 The location is great, close to many restaurants and North Park.
