Really great!! Especially for the low price this hotel is super nice. It’s located right across a popular food hall which has a lot of great choices (from Thai to nashville chicken, pizza, sushi, etc…). The facilities are not bad, definitely slightly old but you get what you pay for, plus the bed was really comfortable regardless. The front desk is also super friendly (although slightly slow, so one point off for that). I’d definitely stay here again, especially with the great location!

We had a wonderful stay at The Quarter Saladaeng by UHG. The rooms are fantastic and offer excellent value for money — spacious, comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. We were genuinely impressed with the quality of the accommodation for the price.
The check-in experience was also excellent. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived.
A special thank you to Mr. Billion, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. He kindly helped arrange a complimentary late check-out for us, which was greatly appreciated and made our departure much more convenient.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and were especially impressed by the hospitality and value this hotel provides. I would definitely recommend The Quarter Saladaeng and would be very happy to stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.
Do not stay here unless you want your holiday ruined. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The entire property feels old, neglected, and completely run down. The rooms are outdated, poorly maintained, and full of broken items. The TV didn’t even work properly, which was just one of many issues.
The noise is unbearable. The floors are so noisy that getting a good night’s sleep is almost impossible. Forget about peace and quite… you’ll hear people walking around, doors slamming, and constant disturbances throughout the day and night. The management is even worse. They show little interest in resolving problems and seem completely indifferent to guests’ complaints. Customer service is disappointing, unprofessional, and lacking any sense of hospitality. The cleanliness and overall upkeep leave much to be desired. Instead of feeling relaxed on holiday, you’ll likely spend your time feeling frustrated and regretting your booking.
There are far better hotels for the same price. Save yourself the stress, wasted money, and ruined vacation, book somewhere else.Do not stay here unless you want your holiday ruined.
The staff is absolutely incredible, the area 10/10 and the room was very clean. It's very quiet and I slept really good!
However, the room and the interior is extremely old. Feels like stepping back into the 80's.
The walls and the ceiling could need some repainting. One elevator was not working which was a little disturbing because the one working was very slow.
If your'e not spending too much time in the actual hotel room this hotel is great. But if you, like me, appreciate the aesthetic I would look for another hotel :)
I had a very pleasant stay at The Quarter Saladaeng. The location is excellent—it’s tucked away in a quieter side street, so you don't get the heavy road noise, but you’re still only a 10-minute walk from the Silom MRT and Sala Daeng BTS stations.
There are plenty of great cafes (like Ohkajhu) and convenience stores right nearby.
The rooms are modern, stylish, and very clean. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool area; it’s a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The fitness center is also well-equipped for a hotel of this size.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the soundproofing between rooms could be a bit better, and the breakfast selection, while decent, was somewhat limited compared to other 4-star hotels in Bangkok. However, for the price point and the fantastic location, it is an incredible value. I would definitely stay here again!
