Another wonderful stay with UHG! This hotel has so much to offer, and what really made the experience memorable was the hospitality. The pool area is absolutely beautiful, the gym is excellent, and having a steam room right there makes the whole experience even better. I particularly enjoyed going for an evening swim after a workout and steam session. The pool stays open until 10 PM, which is fantastic. One small thing worth mentioning is that the sun disappears behind the building relatively early, so if you’re hoping to sunbathe, earlier in the day is your best bet. The bar was another highlight, especially the bartenders. They were incredibly welcoming, engaging, and respectful. I’m always happy to meet people who genuinely enjoy interacting with their guests, and the team here made every encounter a pleasure. A special thank you to Cindy at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, personable, and incredibly helpful, even assisting me with paperwork for my visa extension. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. The doormen were equally courteous and always ready to help. The lobby is beautiful, although it can get quite busy, which is understandable given how popular the property seems to be. As for the rooms, they’re comfortable and well-equipped, although I found mine a little smaller and less thoughtfully designed than rooms at other UHG properties I’ve stayed at. The lighting was my main issue, particularly around the minibar and coffee station, where there was practically no illumination. I actually had to rearrange some lighting myself to make that area more usable. A small design improvement here would make a noticeable difference. The location is excellent, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and plenty of modern infrastructure. The nearby main road is quite busy, which makes walking slightly less pleasant than I’d personally prefer, but the skywalk provides convenient access to the malls, and transportation is never an issue. Overall, a really enjoyable stay with excellent facilities and, most importantly, genuinely lovely people. I’ve stayed at several UHG properties now, and I continue to appreciate the quality and consistency of their hospitality. Definitely recommended, and I’d happily return!

Was positively surprised about this hotel. Location is great -> next to 2 big malls, great restaurants around on streets and malls, MRT is almost at hotel entrance, 7eleven downstairs, nice huge park just on the other side of highway. For this price hard to find anything better. Water pressure was also good and AC was pretty quiet (more than acceptable). Only thing is that doors are made of some type of cardboard and you can hear anything from hallway, but during the night hotel was very quiet. Bed is quite hard but no problem for me. If youre light sleeper take room from the backyard side (not the pool side). I would definitely come here again! Great value and honestly a good hotel.
Although our stay was just for one night, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were remarkably friendly and welcoming. The room itself was large, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, featuring a wonderful view. Location-wise, it’s ideal—having direct train access nearby made getting around the city completely hassle-free. Breakfast was great, and the overall experience was top-notch. We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we return to Bangkok
Stayed at The Quarter Ladprao by UHG (โรงแรมเดอะ ควอเตอร์ ลาดพร้าว บาย ยูเฮชจี) during my solo trip to Bangkok, and it turned out to be one of the best value hotels I’ve stayed at in the city. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable room that had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was well laid out, and it felt like a great place to return to after a day of exploring Bangkok. One of the biggest strengths is the location. It’s just a short walk to MRT Phahon Yothin and directly opposite Central Ladprao, making it easy to shop, find restaurants, or travel to other parts of Bangkok. Chatuchak Weekend Market is also just a few MRT stops away. The swimming pool and gym were both well maintained, adding to the overall value of the stay. The hotel also offers a good breakfast with a decent variety of options. Service throughout my stay was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. For the price, I found this hotel to offer excellent value for money. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-connected hotel away from the busiest tourist areas, I would definitely recommend The Quarter Ladprao and would happily stay here again.
I recently stayed at The Quarter Ladprao by UHG and overall had a decent experience, mainly thanks to the staff. The team was genuinely friendly, helpful, and made an effort to accommodate my request for a quiet room, which I appreciated. The room itself was nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed, a proper working desk, and a good shower with strong water pressure. The air conditioning worked very well — cold and quiet, which is not always a given in Bangkok. The location is also a big plus: the MRT is directly in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to get around, and having a 7-Eleven in the building is extremely practical. That said, there are some clear downsides. The hotel is currently under renovation, and during the day there is noticeable drilling and hammering noise. More importantly, the rooms are not soundproof at all — you can hear almost everything happening in the hallway, which can be quite disturbing. It honestly feels like the doors are paper-thin. On top of that, the WiFi signal in the room was very weak and unreliable. Overall, I would rate the stay 3/5. It’s okay for now, but not great. I would consider coming back once the renovation is finished, as the staff made a good impression and the fundamentals are there. Hopefully, the updated rooms will also address the noise and connectivity issues
