Research thoroughly or even go as far as to message the hotel for specifics. I wouldn't say what we experienced has it in all the rooms but this what we found. 1. The floor, if not all are mostly laminated and it creaks whenever you walk by it and it's in the middle of the area so you constantly would have to walk on it. 2. The water in the shower changes temperature often from cold to hot vice versa so you would either get burned or get a jolt of cold water. 3. There are mosquitoes in the room and the hotel didn't even have the decency to have a mosquito repellent in the room. You have to ask for it. 4. There's bugs in the bed. I don't think it's bed bugs though. I'm not sure if the bed was thoroughly cleaned or not. 5. There were stains in the sheets although not as visible but I saw it when I was looking for more bugs. 6. The roof seemed like there was a water leaked and left water stains and cracks. 7. The outlets are hard to put plug stuff in and some you can't even plug stuff at all. I had to unplug the lamp and phone by the nightstand in order to use what's left of the outlets. 8. The slippers are paper thin and hard to put on and was uncomfortable. 9. The lights have different switches. 10. There's a certain smell when you enter the room. I'm not sure if it's the AC smell or something else. 11. The hallway is an open space and was filled with mosquitoes at night as well as the elevator 12. The breakfast was okay. It rained heavily during midnight and they had to do some renovation in the breakfast room so the AC on that wasn't available. Mosquitoes were present once again. 13. They have a nice pool but there's little depth for kids to play on as it gets shallow pretty quickly. Not children friendly if you have kids unless they know how to swim or have inflatables. 14. The pool is outdoor so expect bugs swimming and leaves floating and it's also surrounded by hotel rooms so if you're a bit insecure of being watched, don't go to the pool. 15. The hotel have different hotel wings. I'm not sure if the one I booked on is of the older wing as it wasn't specified when I booked it but the other wings, closer to the pool, seemed to be newer or better maintained. 16. The hotel has Lawson store within the hotel for quick purchases and medicines. 17. The lobby is nice like the other 4/5 star hotels I've tried and the concierge werr quite helpful. They also have someone always present to help you if you need booking for excursions. 18. The hotel itself isn't as far to night markets and one of the megamalls (iconsiam). In summary, for a hotel that boasts itself as a 4 star hotel, it left a bad experience for us. So if you're someone looking to book a room at this hotel, make sure to ask if the room you're booking is closer by the pool or not because it might ruin your vacation like it did with ours.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The hotel has a restaurant, fitness center, and swimming pool, which made my stay very convenient. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always happy to answer any questions I had and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. 😊
Where do I start... Upon booking i requested an interconnecting room because we had children. I also requested they have separate twin beds. I followed this request up with an email and was told they'd do their best upon arrival. On arrival, we had separate rooms, both with double beds. I asked why my request had not been met and they said they don't have interconnected rooms and do not offer twin beds in our area of the hotel. If they had told me this originally, I'd have cancelled. We need to be with our children. Our room had an overwhelming chemical smell that made our heads spin and we felt nauseous. We had seen painters downstairs earlier and thought maybe the smell travelled. We spent the night sleeping with the door open (and being bitten by mosquitoes) so we could get fresh air. The hotel did move us to another room but although not as strong, our children's room smelt bad too. It seemed unhealthy, like the smell of hairdye or ammonia. On top of all of this, the shower was mouldy (in all three rooms), the pillow inside the slip was mouldy and two pillows had BLOOD on them!!! When I tried to call reception I discovered our phone did not work. The gym and pool are good. The breakfast was huge and very good. Most staff were friendly and offered kind service. After finding the blood on the pillows (which could be seen through the slip so housekeeping are not doing a decent job), we cut our trip short and went elsewhere. Reception did try to rectify the situation on three different occasions but each time there was a different issue. Never again.
We arrived early at the hotel, and the receptionist named Jack was very accommodating and helpful from the moment we arrived. Even though the rooms were still unavailable at first, he still tried his best to assist us. I even offered to pay for early check-in, but instead, he kindly looked for an available room and luckily managed to let us check in around 35 minutes before the official 2PM check-in time. We truly appreciated his effort and excellent customer service. The room itself was very nice, we loved the river and pool view, the cold air-conditioning, and the cozy atmosphere. The lobby was beautiful and relaxing, and the pool area was also lovely. My 13-year-old daughter especially enjoyed the pool and the slide, and we even had a fun night swimming experience during our stay. Breakfast was decent overall, with a mix of usual Western and Asian food selections. There were vegetables available which was good, and they also had a waffle corner although we were not able to try it. However, the pasta was a bit dry and not soft, and my daughter mentioned that the bacon was quite hard. The rest of the food was okay overall. I also had a small concern during breakfast one morning before 7:30AM before we went to the temple. I needed to work for a few minutes while my daughter was eating, so I politely requested a bigger 3- or 4-seater table instead of the small round table. Unfortunately, the female staff told me those tables were only for families. I understand that larger groups may be prioritized, but since there were still many vacant tables at that early hour, I felt a bit disappointed because my daughter and I are also a family even though we were only two people. Still, the rest of the experience was very pleasant. One night after returning from the night market, I went to the reception to buy water, but the receptionist kindly told me there was no need to pay and gave us two complimentary bottles instead, which was a thoughtful gesture. Housekeeping also cleaned the room properly, which we appreciated. On our second night, we accidentally overslept and woke up around 11:30AM. Since check-out time was 12 noon, the hotel kindly allowed us to extend until 12:30PM, which really helped us prepare comfortably before leaving. Thank you to Jack and the whole hotel team for making our stay comfortable and welcoming. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily come back again.
The hotel is huge — they even have a mini supermarket inside, as well as a massage shop, fitness center (very good), and spa. The room was incredibly nice and spacious, and the cherry on top is the view of the city and the river. It’s simply astonishing. The continental breakfast is very good, and they also offer plenty of Thai breakfast options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even packed breakfast for us because we had to leave at 5 a.m. Only good memories there! thank you
