The Quarter Ari by UHG one of the best hotels you can find in the Ari area of Bangkok! 🇹🇭 Everything you need is right here! From the beautiful views at their infinity pool to coffee shops like Starbucks and % Arabica, and even a 7-Eleven right on the ground floor, the convenience is unbeatable! I also really loved my room! ❤️ It was clean, tidy, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a great view that made my stay even more enjoyable. Waking up to that view was definitely a plus! But what really stood out to me was the amazing service from the staff. A big shout-out to the security guard who kindly offered to carry my luggage and personally brought it to the reception. And thank you to the concierge staff who went the extra mile and delivered my things straight to my room. 🥹👏 For me, this hotel deserves 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, convenience, beautiful views, and genuinely helpful staff in Ari. Shout-out to the management and the entire team, what a fantastic hotel and fantastic staff! 👏❤️🇹🇭 Bravo! Definitely a place I’d love to stay at again! Follow me for more reviews!

The view from the hotel, especially from the upper floors, is incredible—in my opinion, that’s its biggest selling point. Although it looks luxurious and high-end at first glance, the rooms, walls, ceiling, bathroom, and pool area clearly show that the hotel is in need of maintenance. Cleanliness wasn't great, but not terrible either. There were no hand towels in the bathroom! On top of that, the TV had no internet connection. For a four-star hotel with such a high rating, this was quite surprising. I’ve stayed in three- or even two-star hotels where you could connect to YouTube on the TV—this really should be standard for hotels in this category. There isn't much around the hotel's immediate vicinity, so you need to take a train or a taxi to get around. The breakfast was good. Having the pool on the 33rd floor with its night view was definitely a highlight. In short, it’s fine for a brief stay, but I wouldn't stay long-term.

We spent two days by the amazing pool with a day pass. First of all, the pool is very clean and refreshing and the view is just incredible. The only thing that's even better than the view (which is really hard) is the service. The staff is truely amazing. Everybody is so kind and helpful and welcoming. I had a little wound at my foot and as I lost my plaster I asked the staff if they maybe have another one. Three (!) people came to give me a plaster, help me desinfect my wound and even gave me a bandage. I felt so cared for!!! Thank you so much! Next time I'm in Bangkok I'll definetly come back.

I stayed here for a whole week, which I wouldn't normally do, but I needed a bit of time to relax after some busy weeks. This hotel was perfect for this occassion. It's located near Ari BTS and is in a great neighbourhood. The hotel is quite luxurious, the rooms are spacious and comfortable with breathtaking views. The manager of the hotel was a nice lady and very helpful, all the staff were great and friendly. A big shoutout to Sai, who was the most friendly and helpful staff member during my stay. He went above and beyond and is the definition of great customer service. I'd highly recommend this hotel to others.
