Excellent hotel with outstanding service Absolutely great experience from start to finish. Reception, check-in and check-out were all smooth, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There weren’t many halal options available at breakfast, but the staff were incredibly accommodating. They prepared special dishes specifically for us, which we really appreciated and are very thankful for. That level of hospitality really stood out. The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and very clean. The large swimming pool was beautiful, and the pond with the koi fish was stunning. The greenery, trees, and vegetation surrounding the hotel made the whole property feel peaceful and relaxing. The gym was also nice and had good equipment. The shuttle service was extremely convenient. You can simply request it, and the hotel will take you wherever you need to go within a reasonable distance, which made getting around much easier. There is also a nearby mall with pretty much everything you might need. The only downside is the location. It is a little far from Bangkok’s major attractions, but honestly, I think it is worth it. Just take the distance into account when planning your itinerary. Trust me, the hotel itself is worth it. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences we had in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

Spacious rooms but a little bit outdated. Nice pool in a nice garden but the jacuzzi has been out of service for a long time, I think. Small, ugly, and smelly fitness room. Excellent service. Very near to two top and huge malls.
Fabulous place to stay for a stop over in Bangkok. Just 30 min cab ride from the airport this is a QUIET tropical paradise. No traffic noise, just birdsong. Enjoy the pool surrounded by tropical gardens, generous and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, on site restaurant with buffet breakfast included in accomm. Check out is midday and you can still use the pool etc and shower in their gym before heading off. Highly recommended, great value for money. No shuttle from airport but worth the cab fare for the serenity. Will return for sure.
I loved everything about this hotel. It felt like I was staying at a peaceful countryside resort rather than in Bangkok. The staff were incredibly polite and provided excellent service, including a free shuttle to the nearby mall and park. It’s the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a relaxing vacation.
The hotel rooms are very clean and spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The balcony provides a beautiful view of greenery, and it was very relaxing to sit and look out over the landscaped area. The gardening around the property is carefully maintained in a way that provides privacy between units while still creating a pleasant, natural view. I've stayed in 3 different rooms and 1 room the water never got hot, but it was warm enough to shower comfortably. The other rooms the water got hot. There is "shampoo conditioner" provided, but I had to buy conditioner at the mall because the one provided did not soften my hair at all. The hotel provides a cart service to and from Paradise Park, and even to the nearby 7-Eleven upon request, which is a convenient feature. One minor inconvenience is that the guest units are located in separate buildings from the main lobby. This means that for services such as Grab pickup or drop-off, check-in, or checkout, you need to walk between your building and the lobby. Laundry machines are available on the ground floor of the buildings. I did not have the opportunity to use them, but the washing machines cost 30 baht per use, and detergent can be purchased from the lobby. The gym is quite small, but the pool seemed popular with guests, as it was frequently in use during my stay. Overall, the property provides a clean and comfortable environment with pleasant surroundings and useful amenities.
