Facilities: Has a vintage feel, but very well maintained. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Prime location. The MRT station is just a few minutes' drive away and within walking distance. Convenient access to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Service: Very good. Total：4.8/5

Stayed for a week for work. 1. Nice grand hotel, good for large meetings and conventions, 2. Proximity to Airport, 3. Adequate gym and pool, 4. OK food offerings and polite/ helpful staff. Where it may fall short - rooms do not have USB charging points (bring several adaptors if you need to power more than 1 device), Gym closes early at 9pm, something about my booking that required laundry to be paid daily instead of at check-out (they will withhold your laundry). There is also a 7-11 at the Residence building side next to the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay... can be better.
