Tango Vibrant Living Hotel

We had a wonderful stay! I especially want to mention Miss Bassaba at the front desk — she welcomed us so warmly and was incredibly kind, always with a smile on her face. She greeted us right away, which made the whole check-in experience feel really pleasant. The bed was also super comfortable — I fell asleep almost as soon as I lay down. Overall, we were very happy with both the service and the stay. I don't know google rating is just 4.1. For me, the services is 5 star. Highly recommend!

The receptionists were amazing, but the housekeeping part is understaffed. One of the housekeeping staff told me that they have been working hard but it’s impossible to cover all the guests’ demands since they have only a few people on the team and they apologised for any inconvenience. Also the rooms were kinda dirty. The mirror, the towels, the kettle were dirty from the start, the tissue box empty, and the bedsheets were torn and has those little black dots on them(idk what those are). Location wise, it’s good. It’s 13-15 mins walk to centralworld, it’s close to Baiyoke Sky hotel, Indra square and there’s a 7/11 nearby. I think it’s just the management problem, not the staffs. And also there’s also that weird smell in the room, but it’s not that bad. With the price u pay, it’s not a bad place. If you’re not a super clean freak and just want a place to sleep for the night after shopping in pratunam, this hotel could be for you. Also it’s hard to call grabs since Pratunam is a busy area, and there’s heavy traffic almost all day but for me, it’s fine since I just wanna shop nearby. And again, the staffs were super helpful and nice.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Tango Vibrant Living Hotel with our group of 17 people. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants. The breakfast was very nice with good variety every morning. A special thank you to the receptionist, Bussaba, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. She made our experience even more enjoyable with her excellent customer service. Highly recommend this hotel for families and group trips. We would happily stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Tango Vibrant Living Hotel and honestly, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and kept in excellent condition throughout our stay. The food was also really good, with plenty of tasty options, and the service from the entire staff was exceptional. What truly made our experience special was how respectful, humble, and genuinely friendly everyone was. A very special mention goes to receptionist Bussaba, who was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One night, our room door suddenly got locked and we were stressed and worried, but Bussaba and another receptionist stayed with us and helped us patiently for a long time until the issue was solved. What we will remember most is not just that they fixed the problem, but the way they treated us with so much care, calmness, and sincerity during the situation. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We are very satisfied and would happily stay here again when visiting Bangkok.
