Sunday Platinum Suites

I really enjoyed my stay at Sunday Platinum Hotel Bangkok. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the service was very good. I would especially like to mention Fatima at the reception. She was very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Her friendly nature and warm attitude really made a positive difference and made me feel comfortable. The food was good, and my room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I also liked the hotel’s location—it is in a good area and not too noisy, which made my stay peaceful and relaxing. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the hospitality of the staff. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Pros: friendly staff, clean enough rooms, a mini fridge, kettle, and microwave, for a very reasonable price Cons: the wifi was very unreliable, and the pool a little dirty, with only 3/4 seats next to it, so lounging by the pool was rarely an option. Shower also was either very hot, or lukewarm Most suitable for 2-3 days of stay if looking for a relaxing trip, probably not great for longer due to its distance from sites and activities, but there are 7-11’s and similar places nearby

I had a great experience at Sunday Platinum Suites Hotel. A special thanks to Zubai and Fatima at the reception for their exceptional hospitality. They were warm, welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and excellent customer service made my check-in smooth and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. They are a great asset to the hotel. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the city center, and it’s not far from the BTS Skytrain, so getting around was easy. The room rate was also more affordable than I expected, which made it great value for money. On top of that, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
