Staybridge Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit By Ihg

I really enjoyed my time at here at Staybridge Suites - Luna was the one who checked us in and checked us out. He was always there to help us, exceptional service on his end. The hotel is also equipped with great facilities such as a washing machine, onsen, unlimited coffee and tea. Location is great incase you need to get somewhere with the BTS, it’s there for you. The hotel also offers a shuttle service which brings you to the BTS station which is linked to a great mall, Emsphere, Emquartier area. Thanks for the great hospitality Luna, and thank you for the great stay despite the rain.

We stayed here for 4 nights for the birthday celebration of my hubby. We had a wonderful experience! The sleep quality was great, and the room's soundproofing was top-notch. Both my husband and I found the bed really comfy. The 2 in 1 washer and dryer was handy. Love the Den too! A special thank you to Ms. Nit for her incredible kindness & thoughtfulness in preparing birthday decorations and a heartfelt card for my husband, and to Mr. Takumi for going above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth and memorable. The only minor issue we experienced was the shower water temperature, which fluctuated a bit. It was a bit tricky to get lukewarm water, as it tended to be either too hot or too cold. Despite this, all the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. ^^ We truly enjoyed our stay and really love the vibe of Staybridge and Phrom Phong. Hope to come again soon! :)

Without doubt, the best hotel in Bangkok. Booked a studio suite, was upgraded twice upon check in to a extra large king suite with separate living & dining. Room was perfect for my self, wife and 10 months old baby. Staff were amazing. The lady who checked us in was the same at check out and she was great!! Brekkie was solid. Shuttle service from the hotel to the train station ever 30 minutes made life easy. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!!!

I booked this hotel for our regional team during their visit to Thailand, and everyone had nothing but great things to say about their stay. The rooms were excellent - very comfortable and cozy, with a mini apartment feel. The room amenities were complete and thoughtfully provided, making the stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the hotel's facilities were fantastic and well maintained. The training room and common areas were clean, smelled pleasant, and provided a very comfortable environment. What impressed us the most was the outstanding service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. This hotel is perfect whether you're looking for a short staycation or a longer stay. It truly offers everything in one place and allows guests to fully relax and enjoy their time. Highly recommended, and I hope more people will have the chance to experience this wonderful hotel.
