Rooms are really run down. They never kept up with any kind of renovations. You can see obvious stains everywhere and cracks everywhere. It looks like a really nice room in terms of photos, but when you see it in person, it's pretty rough and worn down from the years. Wasn't able to check in until an hour after because they said that they were short-handed. Service was just okay-ish. The Wi-Fi is old as well. They definitely throttle it. The location is good, especially when it's right next to terminal 21. But the walls are a bit thin. You can hear knocking sounds from the next door or phone vibrations. Cleaning crew definitely could have done a much better job. They really don't look into the details at all.

Junior suite is nice. Friendly staff. Internet wifi Can be spotty sometimes. Room doesn’t have enough light, hard to control hot/cold water. But overall experience is good. Location is very very convenient
