We had a fantastic three-night stay at Royal Princess Larn Luang. The pool is fantastic and the entire atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing. The location was so fun for us (fam of 4, kids 9 & 13), with a vibrant market, a beautiful temple right across the road and several Michelin-recommended spots within easy walking distance.
Getting around Bangkok was so easy from here, thanks to their convenient driveway and exceptionally attentive team. A special mention to Nana, Ae, Ple and Kwang for making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived until the very last minute before leaving.
We had a great time here and will definitely be back!
Amazing service, a little too amazing for my comfortability but I assume that's just other customs, to the point of doors being held open for you. However beware of the stand just in front they aggressively try to sell you overpriced experiences which you are able to get for more than half off most the time by paying on spot or elsewhere! Even though they are in hotel suit you should avoid them.
Otherwise amazing breakfast as well as rooms being very clean. Out water was cut off randomly for two hours once though which was unpleasant.
7/11 literally across the street and grab as well as a food delivery spot for delivery driver just outside the door.
Pool is amazing and clean aswell
I visited here for a month while attending a month-long seminar. What impressed me most about this hotel, compared with other hotels I’ve visited at for seminars, was the food and the staff’s exceptional service.
The lunch and coffee break menus changed every day, so there was always something new to try. They also had a live cooking station at lunch featuring freshly prepared dishes such as som tam and a variety of noodles, including Thai, Vietnamese, and Chinese styles.
The food was average in quality, but there was an excellent variety to choose from. The staff were always helpful and greeted us with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel may not be modern, but it still has a nice and well-maintained appearance. It was clean and had a decent ambiance. The pool was a highlight, spacious enough to soak and cool down from Bangkok's heat. Located in Bangkok's Old Town, it was conveniently close to well-known tourist spots. However, it was over 2 km away from the Phaya Thai Airport Rail Link station. The breakfast buffet was alright, though the selection was limited to bread and a few viands, but overall, it was a decent experience.
A sensational stay in a beautiful hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the service from the staff was excellent. I would definitely recommend to stay here, the surrounding area is very lovely and much quieter then most other parts of the city.
