Too much good and cooperative staff. The cafe is also extraordinary. Very tasty dishes and juices. I loved it. Hopeully whenever I came back, I'll book my room in this hotel.

The soundproofing is terrible. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely NOT the place for you. You can hear noises from the hallway and neighbouring rooms very clearly. Connecting to Netflix and YouTube was also a chore. The TV showed it was connected to Wi-Fi, but both apps showed no connection. I had to call the staff twice for help. The first time, two staff members took about 20 minutes to fix it. The second time was quicker, but it was still an unnecessary inconvenience. I also asked beforehand if I could check out at 12:30 PM instead of 12 PM and was told it was fine as long as I left by 12:30 PM. Yet on checkout day, they called me at 11:52 AM to say I’d be charged an additional USD 20. Why not inform me earlier? Lastly, I was charged USD 40 for two stained towels and two floor mats due to hair dye. I understand a cleaning fee, but USD 40 felt extremely excessive. Overall, disappointing experience and definitely not worth the price. The requirement for full payment upfront should have been a red flag.
We had a great stay at Ratchada Boutique Hotel. The welcome was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived, and both check-in and check-out were handled quickly and smoothly, with no waiting around. They also kindly let us leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out, which was very convenient as we had an evening flight. A special thank you to Myo, who was particularly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would happily come back
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The property looks exactly like the pictures if not better and the modern, stylish design really gives it a special charm. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day out. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the level of service provided by the staff. Everyone was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options. It made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, this place feels like a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to every time you’re in town.
I wanted to give the hotel 5 stars because it’s so pretty, there’s an attached cafe and the staff were so nice, but there were some things I would change. The biggest for me is the AC unit in our room didn’t blow cold air like it should’ve. Maybe it’s time to upgrade the units. I turned it down to 18C but I definitely didn’t feel that cold at all. Also had to kill 3 small roaches while we were in the room. I get that we’re in the tropics and that comes with bugs here and there but definitely be proactive about it. Lastly, this location is not a tourist spot which is good and bad. It’s just Thai people living their lives. Not very walkable and if you are a farang you will get looks. Big plus is that it’s right next to a night market though.
