This is my second time staying at this wonderful hotel, and once again, I have had a truly pleasant experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made my mother and me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I would especially like to express my appreciation to Abby and Opal, who were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and thoughtful service really made a difference and made us feel right at home. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. It is situated close to the Nana BTS station, making it incredibly easy to access public transportation and travel around Bangkok. Whether you are planning to explore popular tourist attractions, visit shopping malls, try different local restaurants, or simply get around the city, the location makes everything so much more convenient. It is especially great for travellers who want to explore different parts of Thailand without having to worry too much about transportation. Having stayed here twice, I can confidently say that this hotel continues to leave a great impression on me. The combination of its convenient location, welcoming atmosphere, and genuinely friendly staff makes it a wonderful place to stay. Good hospitality can truly elevate a travel experience, and Abby and Opal certainly contributed to making our stay memorable. I am very grateful for the excellent service and warm welcome we received. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok, especially those travelling with family. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Thailand!

Love the great customer service from Aomsin and Opal 😊. Service from staff 5 stars! If you get a room, I highly recommend getting a premier room or better. The basic rooms feel really cheap to be honest but if that if fine with you, it’s up to you. I stayed here many times over the years and always prefer the premier rooms in the main building. This is directly in the tourist area so do not expect to have a family friendly scene at night. For adults travelling, it’s convenient. One thing I would suggest to the management is please mop the sticky room floors and wipe inside the fridges 😊

I was impressed from the moment I arrived! The location is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Nana BTS Station. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I even received a complimentary room upgrade! A special thanks to Khun Opal, Khun A-Care, and Khun Toey for their amazing service and hospitality. They truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Located near the most happening places in Thailand. Good & clean rooms and service. Staff also very polite. Morning breakfast is adequate and well prepared. Indian food is also available. Good options for vegetarian people. Only pool was a bit small but clean. It's a bit smaller hotel than it appears from the photograph.
