You can truly feel that this hotel is run by an experienced manager. Whenever a minor issue arises, it is taken seriously and actually resolved. Most importantly, genuine care and interest are shown toward the guest, and every effort is made to satisfy their needs. I am truly thrilled with this level of service and can highly recommend the Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit to everyone. A special shout-out and praise go to the General Manager, Nicolas Girard, whose dedication makes all the difference. Thank you for such exceptional management!

Rooms great. Service can be improved. Internet connection was poor. At times calling 0 gives you no answer. Not as sensitive to customer like I requested packed breakfast. Was given good meal with yoghurt. No spoon to eat the curd though.
My experience with Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit taught me an important lesson: the true measure of a hotel is not whether problems occur, but how it responds when they do. During a previous stay, I encountered a maintenance issue in my room that was unfortunately not resolved during my visit, despite several follow-ups. Naturally, this was frustrating and fell short of the standard I expected. However, after I raised my concerns, the hotel's leadership team handled the matter in a way that genuinely impressed me. Rather than offering a generic apology, they took the time to investigate the issue thoroughly, address each of my concerns individually, acknowledge where they had fallen short, and explain the steps being taken to prevent similar situations in the future. The accountability, professionalism, and sincerity demonstrated throughout the process were exceptional. I would particularly like to recognise Mr Anupong Nuanchan, Front Office Manager, for his outstanding leadership and communication. His response reflected a rare combination of accountability, empathy, and professionalism. He understood not only what had gone wrong, but also why the experience had been disappointing from a guest's perspective. Although my interaction with Mr Anupong occurred within the hospitality industry, the qualities he demonstrated are universal. Every profession, whether hospitality, management, human resources, law, healthcare, education, or public service, benefits from leaders who accept responsibility, communicate transparently, and work to restore trust when things do not go as planned. Most importantly, actions speak louder than words. After my complaint was resolved, I returned to Bangkok just two weeks later and chose to stay at the same hotel again. Would I stay here again? Certainly. Would I recommend the hotel to others? Certainly. Not because everything was perfect, but because when an issue arose, the leadership team demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a genuine commitment to making things right. In the long run, those qualities matter far more than perfection. Thank you to Mr Anupong and the entire team at Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit for turning a disappointing experience into an example of excellent service recovery and leadership. Highly recommended.
Overall it was an ok experience. The good: - Spacious room/suites - Very cold room in terms of temperature. - Good value for money, especially with the space you get - They have Tuk Tuk that can take you to Termibal 21 mall or Nana station which is nearby. The bad: - Very bad English receptionist. During my stay, the female receptionist in the morning couldn’t understand some basic requests. My room was to cold for my family, I told her to adjust it but she had a hard time understanding anything. - Central heating/cooling. They have controls for aircon in the rooms, but it’s 100% useless. I found out that to change anything, like making the room cooler or hotter requires you to call the reception, and tell them to adjust for you. It’s such a hassle to figure the right settings through the phone, and even if you come down to talk in person, they wont understand because of bad English. - It’s a good place if you’re Indian. This hotel targets specifically at Indian guests, don’t let the good reviews fool you, they’re mostly Indian people reviewing. Why? Because this hotel is for Indians. The breakfast food is 90% Indian, 99% guests are Indian, and it’s located in an Indian area. If you’re not fond of anything Indian related, then stay away from this place.
We're big fans of Radisson Suites Bangkok. The location on Sukhumvit is very convenient if you like the hustle and bustle but still want to stay just outside of it. The hotel is only a 5-7 minute walk away. mr.Sett and ms.Orn, two dedicated Radisson staff members at the rooftop are amazing. They took great care of us while we enjoyed the pool and sunbeds, from summer smoothies to club sandwiches, really the Radisson way we love. There's also a nice cocktail bar with all the drinks you'd expect, plus 4-5 tables and a lounge set to hang out. The pool is perfect and long enough to stretch out and get some exercise in. Honestly, it's bigger than we expected based on the photos, don't expect a gigantic pool, but for the size of the hotel and the rooftop, it's very well equipped. With friendly staff like mr.Sett and ms.Orn, you really feel at home away from home. We'll definitely be back.
