We stayed at Pannarai Hotel Bangkok for 6 days, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. One of the biggest issues was that the hotel had no Wi-Fi for the first 4 days of our stay. Many guests were complaining, and it was a major inconvenience. In today’s world, reliable internet is something guests expect from a hotel. We were also disappointed with the customer service. Most of the reception staff were not warm or welcoming. The lady in the restaurant who wears glasses was not pleasant and was not very helpful when we asked questions, which left a poor impression. That said, we want to recognize the staff members who made our stay better. The housekeeping team was wonderful—they were kind, friendly, and kept our room clean every day. We truly appreciate their hard work. We would also like to give special recognition to the gentleman who works downstairs (pictured). He was always smiling, greeted us warmly every day, and was always ready to help. He consistently provided outstanding customer service and made us feel welcome. He is a true asset to the hotel. Unfortunately, despite the excellent service from the housekeeping staff and this gentleman, the poor customer service at the front desk and the extended Wi-Fi outage overshadowed our stay. Because of these issues, we would not choose to stay here again.

Very tiny clean 9th floor hotel with simple breakfast. Location is 1 km north of Pratunam market. Lobby in 8th floor, very tiny rooftop swimming pool in 9th floor.

The hotel highlight of this hotel is their bellman☺️ the one with the cut finger😅 We don't have the chance to get his name but he was very nice and accommodating.🥹💖 We looked for him before our check out to personally thank him and give him some tips but he wasn't there during our checkout time.☹️ Hope to see him again when we come back to Thailand. That man deserves everything good in life. Will recommend this hotel because of him.☺️💖
