Oakwood Suites Bangkok

We had a full 8-day stay here in a Two-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment and it worked out really well for us. The hospitality and housekeeping were fantastic, and the rooms were well kept throughout our stay. Travelling with three kids, mostly toddlers, we put the washing machine and dryer to full use, which made a huge difference. The space of the apartment was just right for our family too. One thing worth flagging for anyone coming from Malaysia: we commonly use the Type G 🔌 , but the rooms here are fitted with Type A and C sockets. It wasn't a dealbreaker since we sorted it out, but if they switched to universal adapters it would be perfect for regional travellers. Worth highlighting that the apartment is literally a stone's throw from Emporium Mall, which connects straight to EmQuartier and the BTS stations. So everything is within easy walking distance, which was really convenient for getting the family around. Would happily come back.

What a stay. Our family of 4 stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with a full kitchen, laundry, dining area, all with a lot of space for the kids to move around. The gym is top class. Indoor kids play area and the pool are excellent. Breakfast is simply lovely. Room service menu and food is excellent. Airport transfer service was also great. Location is central right next to mega malls and food courts. This is a very popular area so congestion is expected.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Before our arrival, the team kindly arranged an early check-in which was very important to us as our son needed to have afternoon nap. Not only that but even upgraded us to a beautiful One-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment, which made our stay even more comfortable. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We also used the hotel’s transport service, which was convenient, reliable, and made our trip completely stress-free. We had a wonderful stay at Oakwood Sukhumvit Bangkok. The hotel is very nice, well-maintained, and offers great quality service. The location is perfectit's just a short walk to Emporium Mall and the BTS station, making everything very convenient and easy to access. I also want to give 100 points to the cleaner who took care of our room (Room 2604) for about two months. We called her Ting, and she is absolutely amazing! 👏👏👏 We loved the way she cleaned our room. Everything was always spotless, organized, and arranged so nicely. She's fast, but her cleaning is very detailed and thorough. In fact, we could always tell when Ting wasn't the one who cleaned our room because sometimes other cleaners would miss a few small things. It's completely understandable, but Ting's work really stands out. She consistently provided excellent service, and we truly appreciate all her hard work. Thank you, Ting, for making our stay so comfortable. We would definitely love to stay at Oakwood again next year!
