Nysa Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 11

Had a wonderful experience at NYSA, especially because of the excellent service from Sai. She was extremely polite, friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. She made us feel very comfortable and was always ready to help with a genuine smile. The food was great, but Sai’s hospitality really made the experience special. People like her are a real asset to the hotel, and I hope the management recognizes her hard work and gives her the opportunities she deserves to grow in her career. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nysa Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 by Kingston Hotels and would happily come back again! The location is excellent, and the hotel itself has a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere despite being in such a lively part of Bangkok. We particularly loved the beautiful pool area and the overall cleanliness of the property. We had opted for a Pool View Room, and the view was lovely. The hotel's eco-friendly approach is also a great touch and something we really appreciated. But what truly stood out was the staff. They are among the most energetic, lively, welcoming, and genuinely friendly hotel staff we've come across in Bangkok. A special shout-out to Saiy Benz at the reception ❤️. We arrived at around 8 AM after an early flight, and she was incredibly warm and welcoming. She was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for us without us even having to request it! That level of thoughtfulness and hospitality is becoming increasingly rare, and it made a fantastic first impression. And the breakfast deserves a special mention! 😍 It was outstanding. There was an excellent live egg counter, fresh breads and croissants, different local Thai dishes every day, Chinese options, and even an Indian food counter every day—which was such a pleasant surprise. The smoothie and fresh juice counter was fantastic, and even the variety of sauces and accompaniments was impressive. We can genuinely see the effort put into making breakfast enjoyable. The hotel also has a good all-day food menu, which was very convenient during our stay. There were only two minor things we noticed: our room was located right in front of an emergency exit door, and it was used quite frequently during our stay. The door was somewhat loud at times. Also, the eco-friendly approach to the room's lighting/flash system was occasionally a little inconvenient. These were very minor issues compared with everything we enjoyed. Overall, Nysa Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 is a fantastic hotel—great location, beautiful surroundings, excellent food, comfortable rooms, a lovely pool, and most importantly, genuinely wonderful people. Thank you to the entire team for giving my husband and me such an amazing and memorable stay. ❤️ We would absolutely look forward to coming back again! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed at Nysa Bangkok Sukhumvit for 2 nights and had a great experience. Thank you to the hotel for preparing the lovely room decoration for us! The bed was super comfortable. So comfortable that we almost overslept and were nearly late for our plans! 😄 The hotel is also conveniently located near BTS Nana, and they provide a shuttle service to the station, which was really helpful. Halal food options were quite limited, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the food at the hotel. One thing we really appreciated was the weighing scale provided in the room. Very useful for checking our luggage weight before heading to the airport!

Our stay at Nysa was nothing less than perfect. From the first step through the doors we felt welcomed, the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Special thanks goes especially to Saiy Beam at the reception who managed our check in seamlessly and even upgraded us to a better room. Very grateful for that, since the view and the room was amazing! The room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable we had the best sleep in a long time. Really, no complaints whatsoever, even the water temperature in the pool was perfect. If you’re not sure about the breakfast option-definitely go for it, it’s worth it, the food was delicious and you have so many options to choose from. All in all I would definitely return and i can highly recommend Nysa hotel for a relaxing stay in Bangkok.
