We had a really pleasant stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The room was comfortable, and the food was delicious. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They even arranged an early check-in for us, which was a great help, and were incredibly supportive when our child was unwell. Their kindness and understanding really made a difference. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
Had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Sukhumvit, Asok BTS and nearby shopping and dining options. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, a great place to stay in Bangkok with excellent service, good facilities, and a convenient location. I would definitely consider staying here again.
Just back from a 2 week holiday in Thailand. This hotel was our first stop for 3 nights before we moved south. It's location is great being about a 15 minute walk to the SkyTrain and metro stops. We arrived very early due to our flight and the staff took great care and made the room available earlier than it should have been ready. The room was lovely. Very spacious for a family of 4. We also had access to the lounge which was great to have a drink and some snacks. We went in the pool lots. Very nice to cool down after exploring Bangkok and nice views from the poolside. Breakfast was excellent. A wide variety of food available and never too busy. Overall an ideal base for our Bangkok visit and would highly recommend.
We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. Here is a quick breakdown of our experience: Location: The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from both the MRT and BTS stations, making it very convenient to get around. Plus, their complimentary Tuk-Tuk service works flawlessly and makes the trip even easier. Service: The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth and efficient. The entire staff is very attentive, welcoming, and friendly. Rooms: The rooms are very well furnished and comfortable. You can see some minor signs of wear and tear here and there, but nothing that takes away from the overall comfort. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet is fantastic—very diverse, international, and offers something for every taste. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Bangkok!
I loved staying at this hotel. It was my first time in Thailand and I’m so glad I chose this hotel as my base for Bangkok. My room was perfect. I got upgraded to an Executive Suite and I’m not sure why, but no complaints. I loved that my room was super quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I often don’t sleep well in hotels, but in this one I slept great! The other thing not to be missed is the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was amazing! They had breads, made to order omelets, fresh fruit, yogurt and lots of other tasty things to try. Overall, definitely a 5 star experience. I feel the value for the money was very much worth it! Also, all the staff I met were super friendly and helpful! I plan to stay here again when I come back to Bangkok!
