A wonderful newly renovated, clean hotel, and beautiful swimming pool. Make sure it is Novotel Platinum, so you dont end up at the old Novotel hotel with bad ratings! The Platinum version is beautiful, great breakfast buffet you can enter once each morning. The check-out extension is pricey, 1000 thb per extended hour. Very kind helpful staff.
I've always enjoyed staying at Accor Hotels and Novotel Bangkok Platinum certainly did not disappoint. The staff are welcoming and accommodating and ready to assist you in any way. My room was a good size and comfortable with a nice view of the park and the sunset. You can see the swimming pool if you look down. The room has everything I need. The hotel also has all the facilities I would expect to make my stay comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is the location as it's right besides Platinum Mall which is one of my favorite shopping destinations in Bangkok. The only thing that I didn't like about this hotel is the lack of a smart TV which is why I gave it 4 stars.

We are very impressed and delighted to have stayed at this hotel. We are a big group, about 90 people but this hotel exceeds our expectations, very well managed even our group special night became the highlight because of the efficiency of all the staff. We really had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our room was big, clean, cozy, and well maintained. The facilities were great, especially on the 9th flr where we had our massage. Overall the atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming even with a big group. They even allow us for late check out, complimentary, super happy with this! A special thanks to Kelly the manager and Alin for their generosity. They were friendly and always willing to help whenever needed. The warm hospitality of the staff made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable. It’s our first time at this hotel and we super loved it, the most perfect location where shopping, food, and literally everything was just few steps away. Would really come back at Novotel Platinum in my future visit! Highly recommended for Bangkok accommodation!!!
Apart from many wonderful reviews on the hotel and front desk, I’d like to emphasize on the brilliant gem also locating on the sixth floor of the hotel. My daughter just had the pleasure of trying a specially created non-alcoholic punch made with pineapple and orange juice, beautifully finished with tasteful salt and lime around the rim of the glass. The drink was incredibly refreshing, with the fragrant aroma of pineapple and a smooth balance of sweet and tangy flavours. The touch of salt complemented the fruitiness perfectly and made every sip even more enjoyable. This special drink was thoughtfully prepared by Khun Way for an important guest who could not consume alcohol. It was a wonderful gesture that truly reflected the care and attention provided by the staff at the hotel’s sixth-floor lounge. Very touching, Khun Way, Khun Seph, and the other team members were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive. They regularly checked whether the food and drinks were satisfactory and whether any further assistance was needed. Their genuine smiles and excellent hospitality made me feel truly welcomed and well cared for. I am very impressed and delighted to have stayed at this hotel. The personalised service and thoughtful attention from the lounge team made the experience especially memorable.
