We had great stay at Novotel Bangkok future park rangsit. In terms of service, really immaculate ones. Special thanks to our special bellboy "Est", my man goes extra miles in managing our luggages. And of course, our beloved wedding organizer "Faii" made all beautiful arrangements happened in professional manner and being so sweet to us. Thank you Novotel 🫰

I have edited my original review because the GM did resolve my issues and reply at 10 O'clock at night, a couple hours after I e-mailed him. I had a situation with a member of staff at Check-In which happened to be the assistant manager then her manager. As unbelievable as that sounds the hotel is quite small staff wise and they were the only two on the counter. I'm definitely not innocent but paying for a 4 star hotel of this brand you expect a certain level of service not an argument or escalation. Now Lets move onto the room. Looks ok, but I absolutely hate the design and so does my wife i'm not sure who would like it to be honest ... Maybe the deluxe rooms have a real bathroom I don't know but would definitely pay the extra if they do and you're not solo. No bathroom, the toilet and shower is in the room with a 3/4 length door so you can enjoy the smell and sounds of your partner going for a number 2. There is a sink in the room with virtually no space for your toiletry bags. Big TV no Netflix you can watch the news until you fall asleep.... Most 4/5 hotels international brands seem to have this and it makes absolutely zero sense to me unless they're worried about backend security. It's 2026, no one wants or cares for your hotel interactive screen, they want to press a button and log into Netflix. Besides everything on the interactive screen that's useless nine times out of ten can be done and improved on an app times one thousand. View? Construction site and swimming pool, but a goodie if you're on the 10th floor you can enjoy the cranes boon swinging directly in front of your window. Swimming pool? Directly above the construction site by only 2-3 floors, enjoy the dust and toxic fumes directly into your lungs while taking a dip. The food? Only had breakfast but its definitely my favourite thing to rate the breakfasts of 4/5 star hotels as I believe it's the hardest thing to nail. The food was super clean but honestly very tasteless and nothing was cooked above average at best, pastries suffers the most. Just like the Amari DMK (biggest competitor of this hotel) they are stale or frozen and burnt / over crisped. The croissants are inedible, I believe they probabbly have same supplier as the Amari, either way it's not good. I do think the majority of customers here are Thai though rather than international tourists so it's probabbly fine for majority who wouldn't care. FOr the price of breakfast I think 200-300b max is fair if you're solo and lazy, but otherwise I'd just go to Future and eat there instead, better everything for same price. Overall is good. The location is the best for us as it’s really near the shopping mall and also has the shuttle transportation. The room size is okay. Comfy bed. Typical confusing light switches like all hotel. The facilities is well maintained. One thing is that it seem like the previous guest smoke in the room or something, cuz there is ashtray in the room. (But there’s ‘no smoking’ sign in the room) anyway, we can still smell the smoke of cigarettes in the room. We didn’t request for the room changing tho as at first it’s not bothering us. However, it quite disturbing during the night. Anyway, the smell finally faded in the morning. The breakfast is various and tasty.
