Stay here for 5 working days, near to BITEC for convenience for my exhibition visit. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Printer & Ms. Rattana help me to check-in smoothly to the room that I requested. Room is clean and tidy. Will come back again next time.

I had a comfortable stay at Novotel Bangkok Bangna for 7 days and 6 nights, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The front office staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. They assisted me with the check-in process, escorted me to my room, and provided all the essential information I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with all the necessary amenities that guests would expect for a comfortable stay. The hotel provides a relaxing atmosphere, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and well prepared. However, the menu remained almost the same throughout my 7-day stay, so it became a little repetitive. It would be even better if the hotel introduced more variety for long-staying guests. Overall, I had a great experience at Novotel Bangkok Bangna. With its comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and quality service, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Bangkok.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Cleanliness met expectations, and the bed provided a good night’s sleep. The facilities, including the restaurant and pool, were enjoyable and added value to the stay.Overall, this hotel offers good service and comfort for the price. I would consider staying here again.
