Excellent Location, Wonderful Staff and a Great Start to Our Trip! We had a wonderful stay at Nouvo City Hotel, the perfect place to start our trip to Thailand! The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore many areas of Bangkok on foot. It also has excellent transport connections, which makes getting around the city and visiting its main attractions very convenient. Inside the hotel, the staff were absolutely lovely: friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to start the day with energy, and our room was comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring Bangkok. One of the highlights was definitely the massages, which were absolutely fantastic — a 10 out of 10! They were the perfect way to unwind after walking around the city. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. Excellent location, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and outstanding hospitality. A great choice for discovering the city!

A lovely hotel in a peaceful location We had a wonderful stay at Nouvo City Hotel! Our room was excellent, spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the canal. The hotel is close to the buzz and lively atmosphere of Bangkok, yet offers a peaceful retreat where you can relax and get a good night's sleep. We were not disturbed by any noise at night, which was a big plus for us. The breakfast was extensive, with plenty of choice to start the day. The hotel also has two different swimming pools, although we didn't use them ourselves. Highly recommended if you want to explore Bangkok and then return to a peaceful place to unwind!

We had a wonderful time at Nouvo City Hotel whilst staying in Bangkok. It is in a central location so easy to get to places. Both rooms our family had were clean, comfortable, spacious and full of lots of amenities. Customer service was great throughout. I called for an iron and received it to the room almost immediately. Front of house was informative and polite always. We swam in both swimming pools. The lower one was especially great. Both had swimming towels provided. We had dinner at the restaurant one day and all the food was delicious and served with a smile. The Tom yum soup and the fish were especially memorable. Everyone loved the buffet breakfast each morning. It had so much variety so something for everyone. Loved the selection of fruit, eggs, waffles and fresh coffee. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend to all.

This hotel is nice with modern and clean rooms. Good shower. Good breakfast and friendly staff. It is also close to lots of good restaurants. My only complaints are the noisy airco (any of the fan speed settings makes no difference) and noise from outside even on the 6th floor. The breakfast is good, incl. pancakes. It is possible to get a 2nd room key with a 200 baht deposit. The mini fridge is not really clear. You will find stuff in there, but it is not free and the prices are unclear.

Exceptional stay and would highly recommended! We had an excellent stay at Nouvo City Hotel and would definitely return. From the moment we arrived, check-in was incredibly quick and seamless. All of the staff were lovely and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Our room was exactly what we were looking for – spacious, very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. As Muslim travelers, we really appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of a Qibla direction sticker in the room. We had a tiny issue with our room during the stay, but the maintenance team came to fix it immediately after we notified them, which was fantastic service. The hotel amenities are great; we thoroughly enjoyed the pools, and the breakfast was just what we needed to start our days (plus, it’s fully halal-certified!). The location is also excellent, with a 7-Eleven right next door which was so convenient. Thank you so much to the entire hotel team for making our Bangkok trip so wonderful. We will definitely stay here again!
