A Pleasant Stay at NH Bangkok Sukhumvit Boulevard – With One Important Suggestion I recently stayed at NH Bangkok Sukhumvit Boulevard during my visit to Thailand, and I would like to share my experience with honesty, appreciation, and respect. The hotel’s location is truly excellent. It is conveniently situated near a wide selection of Arabic restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals, and other essential facilities, making it particularly attractive to visitors from the Gulf region. However, there is one significant issue that I sincerely hope the hotel management will address: the lift capacity and the lengthy waiting times. I stayed on the 16th floor, and whenever I needed to return to my room, I frequently experienced considerable delays waiting for the lift, often with several other guests already queuing ahead of me. For a hotel with such a strong reputation and high guest demand, I believe this aspect of the guest experience deserves greater attention. I would encourage management to explore practical solutions to improve lift accessibility and reduce waiting times. Please do not view my comments as criticism intended to undermine the hotel. Quite the opposite. Genuine appreciation means being honest about areas that could be improved. When we value a place, we want to see it become even better. I sincerely thank the hotel management and staff for their hospitality and wish them continued success. I hope that during my next visit to Bangkok, I will have the pleasure of seeing improvements in this area. A respected hotel deserves an equally exceptional guest experience. This hotel is the perfect day-pass destination to bridge the gap while waiting for an Airbnb check-in. We did not stay here but came for a day to use the pool and amenities.The swimming pool is excellent, offering a refreshing and clean environment to relax and pass the time comfortably without needing an overnight room. The service here truly stands out thanks to the exceptionally helpful staff. Bef went above and beyond to make the short visit smooth, providing detailed assistance with the menu and guiding guests through the doors to show exactly where everything is located. Having someone take the time to map out the layout made the afternoon completely stress-free. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone needing a welcoming, hospitable, and high-value spot to unwind for a few hours.

It's been a week and I'm glad that I chose this property. Upon arrival, the room was just okay (there were a few soil spots on both chairs, a little smashed bug on the mirror, and something on the toilet, so I decided to bring this to the attention of the front desk. The manager immediately accommodated me by changing rooms. I really appreciated the swift change, which was better. The king bedroom was spacious and nice for a 4 star and could easily bump to a 5 star property with a few suggestions. This property was in a great location. A few blocks (walking distance) to Terminal 21 Mall, there are other hotels, shops, and restaurants in the area including walking distance to MRT and BTS. I was able to jump on the MRT train to visit temples and other sights. I enjoyed in-room massages. I did halt one of the massages because the lady was sick and needed to blow her nose (she also answered her phone during my session). Besides that isolated incident, the messages were great. The room service was quick and good! I used room service daily. With one incident of one particular servicer never removed her shoes before walking into the room (after 3 visits), unlike all other servers who removed their shoes in the hall. I didn't understand that, but I didn't take her actions personally. The hotel food was delicious including the breakfast buffet (including ready-made omelets). The front desk staff was nice and helpful. They even offered a large umbrella on rainy days. I will definitely come back and recommend others. I am a solo traveler and felt very safe in my room and in the area. I am packed up to catch my flight back to the States, but I do not want to go yet. This was an overall great experience as a first-timer in Bangkok. Hotels can make or break an experience.

I had an excellent stay at NH Hotel. Everything was perfect—the rooms were clean, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Mr. Khushi at the reception. He was extremely professional, kind, and helpful from the moment I arrived. He made the check-in process easy and was always ready to assist with a positive attitude. I would also like to thank all the security staff. They were very friendly, respectful, and always willing to help, making me feel safe and welcomed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
