I actually had an amazing stay here!!! It’s a modern, clean and amazing location hotel, very good value for money for everything you get! I loved my room, the canal love room, very big, smart TV, perfect!!! Great location for watching the Muay Thai at rajadamnern and also seeing great spots nearby. Big recommend
Napiness Hotel is a good option if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay near Khao San Road. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, the AC worked well, and overall the hotel itself was perfectly comfortable for the price. Unfortunately, the biggest issue for me was the noise. The cleaning staff started working quite early, there was construction outside beginning around 8 AM, and some other guests were extremely loud, including yelling and repeatedly slamming doors. Unfortunately, it made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep and enjoy the stay. One other thing worth mentioning is the parking fee. There is a 120 baht per day charge for parking, which was not clearly outlined when we booked the room. The staff were kind enough to waive the charge for one of the days, which I appreciated, but it was still an unexpected additional cost that would have been nice to know about in advance. For the price and location, I can understand why people like this hotel, and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. However, the constant noise was enough to outweigh the positives for me. Overall, I personally wouldn’t stay here again.
I had a wonderful stay at Nappiness Hotel. When the air conditioner in my room was not cooling properly, the staff handled the situation quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Aom at the reception, who kindly upgraded me to a Junior Suite with a canal view for the next two nights. Her friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help turned what could have been an inconvenience into a great experience. The excellent customer service really stood out, and I truly appreciated how the hotel took care of the issue. Thank you, Aom, for your outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Nappiness Hotel to anyone visiting the area.
We had a wonderful stay at Nappiness Hotel in Bangkok. The hotel is clean, cozy, and located in a perfect area and many famous attractions. The room was comfortable, quiet, and very well maintained. What impressed us the most was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The canal-side atmosphere gave the hotel a unique and relaxing charm, while still being within walking distance of Bangkok’s main attractions. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you to the entire Nappiness Hotel team for making our trip so special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok! ❤️🇹🇭
Good location once you’re there about a 5-10 min walk to Khao San Road & many restaurants, cafes, you name it. Walkable distance to the river metro too about 20 mins. We landed in DMK airport and got to hotel via train, metro and walk for around 20mins for around 100 baht each although Grab is around 300 baht from DMK airport. Staff are friendly and helpful, thy stored our bags happily until check in time and no task was too much. The rooms were clean and spacious enough to spend 1/2 nights. Not the best sound proofing but it didn’t affect our sleep too much. TV was good, could just login into Netflix and Amazon prime etc I would recommend staying here but just for one or two nights max otherwise I think th busy area and noisy people in other rooms could be irritating
