15th floor rooms are excellent. Staff are friendly. But when you call asking for a service, they say ok then ignore you. Happened three times to me. Not sure if it's language, overwhelmed staff, or i had lousy people, which is rare in Thai hospitality industry, but happened with me.
Edit: added two stars because of their prompt reply.
Convenient and clean! There is a convenience store nearby, it takes 1 min walk. MRT takes a 30-second walk. The Convention Centre and PRAQ are just opposite the hotel and there are many restaurants inside. The room is cosy and the staff are really nice and helpful. I recommend!
I stayed at this hotel for the first time while attending a trade show and felt very comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived.
The service and friendliness at the restaurant were excellent, and I really enjoyed both the food and the cocktails. A special thank you to Big, who took great care of me and served me a fantastic Mai Tai as well as some other excellent cocktails.
A very pleasant first experience, and I would be happy to stay here again!
From my very first stay during the soft opening ten years ago to my visit yesterday, Modena by Fraser Bangkok has never failed to impress. The facilities are perfectly maintained, and the service remains consistently excellent. A big thank you to the entire team for their warmth and dedication—you always make me feel so comfortable and cared for. Congratulations on a decade of hospitality excellence! You’ve truly earned my trust and pride in your brand.
Great service and staff. The gym is nice and the hotel rooms are large and clean. We had our own washer and dryer in our room. We let the Hotel staff know that we would be leaving to the airport before breakfast started (6 am) and they packed us breakfast boxes to bring with us.
