Check in was quick and without issues. Our bags were sent to our room even before we had finished checking in. We had booked the Twin Executive Room with Lounge access. The room is spacious. There are multiple outlets for charging your devices. Outlets are compatible with USA as well as plugs from other countries: I used my all in one ANKER outlet and used the USA configuration. There is also a USB A and USB C port by each nitestand. Wifi speed in the room is so-so. Upload was 15 MBPS and download 14 MBPS in the room. This is similar to speeds I measured in the lounge and hotel lobby. However I norticed wifi reception to be virtually nonexistent in an area in the south section of the 3rd floor Executive Lounge. The bathroom was very elegant with beautiful fixtures. Beds are very comfortable. Towels are luxurious. I like the choice of shampoo and body wash. I don't use conditioner so I'm unable to comment on that. You get 4 free water bottles each day. Housekeeping leaves them in your room. Every staff member was polite and treated us as valued customers. The hotel is very near a metro station. Since the hotel is next to the river, you have multiple ferry options to get across the river, including the free Hilton ferry that takes you across to the Sathorn ferry station which is a little downstream from most of the other ferry terminals that you would want to get to. The hotel literally exudes in luxury. There is a dress code and one must not wear slippers in the common areas. I did see guests wearing slippers so perhaps they give people leeway. They do not add a 10% service fee so it's ok to tip housekeeping etc if you so desire. So my only criticism, and it's a minor one, is how slow the wifi is. Certainly not a dealbreaker. Would definitely stay here again. Oh when we needed a cab to the airport we ran into some problems and the Concierge person May was wonderful in helping us

Situated directly along the Chao Phraya River, the hotel is accessible within approximately one hour by car from Suvarnabhumi Airport via the expressway, though traffic can experience congestion near the property due to surrounding intersections. The hotel interior is modern, spacious, and welcoming. Liu at the front desk professionally recognized my gold status to provide an upgrade while patiently combining my reservations. She also expertly resolved a complex billing inquiry with complete accuracy. Thank you to the Guest Service team, especially Oil/Magic and Jutamas, for consistently providing prompt and excellent assistance with all my requests and inquiries via WhatsApp. My room offered pleasant river views, and housekeeping demonstrated exceptional attentiveness; although we did not require daily service, they consistently left courteous notes inquiring about our preferences. The bathroom felt somewhat confined, though this was a minor architectural detail and not a significant issue. The bell desk provided helpful assistance with luggage scales and introduced the hotel's exclusive private boat service, which transports in-house guests to the nearby station for faster transit, a refined touch of luxury. The fitness center is notably well-appointed, featuring expansive views, a Smith machine, targeted muscle training equipment, an indoor running track, and a boxing area. The refreshing outdoor pool offered a cool respite from the Bangkok heat with river views, complemented by both wet and dry sauna facilities. One security consideration is that the fourth floor remains publicly accessible, raising minor questions regarding access control between guests and visitors. Dinner at Flow restaurant for the seafood buffet featured fresh ingredients and a diverse selection, with the Thai food stations being a particular highlight. Drinks at the rooftop bar were great considered as a compliment from my husband as his bartending profession. Overall, my stay at Millennium Hilton Bangkok was exceptional, and I look forward to returning.
We are frequent guests at the wonderful dinner buffet at the Millennium Hilton Hotel, and even the shuttle boat ride across the Chao Phraya River is an experience. We enjoy the culinary offerings in an elegant and stylish setting. I, in particular, love the Japanese cuisine and the truly excellent selection of cheeses! Our hostess, Khun Anjee Pukpik, is always there for us and has become a good friend. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will definitely be back.
Another great stay at Millennium Hilton Bangkok. I have stayed here many times, and the staff have always been friendly, and helpful. This time, special thanks to Sam for assisting with my check-in and arranging an early check-in and late check-out, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, with a beautiful river view that never disappoints. I would also like to thank Petch for helping me prepare, print, and copy some important documents during my stay. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. I always enjoy staying here and look forward to coming back again.
The stay was really nice. The breakfast was excellent, but the service was fenomenal. Throughout the stay we were accommodated every step of the way, late checkout, shower before the airport. Just fantastic. And at the end of the stay a staff member named Bank helped us with our bags and made great smalltalk while we waited for the car to arrive. And ofcourse made sure the bags were secured in the car and car-door opened. Would highly recommend this hotel, and will surely come back.
