The hotel was great! Initial impression was very positive upon entry to the lobby and especially to the room which has a very pleasant aromatherapy scent. The front line staff & restaurant staff were very warm and courteous. The location is perfect. Away from the main noisy street but very near to the yellow line train station and 3 huge shopping malls. There are plenty of local food options and cheap massage places within a short walking distance.
There's also a huge park with a lake also within walking distance. Overall a good hotel and location.
I stayed twice at this hotel for its ideal location. It’s just a 5-10 minute walk from Seacon Square, Train Night Market, Paradise Park, and the MRT Yellow Line Station.
The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus that runs regularly to these destinations.
My room was spotless and the hotel is in a relatively quiet area with minimal noise in the evenings and at night. Each building has its own poolarea and the service is friendly.
Breakfast is decent but lacks variety, so it’s easy to save some appetite for exploring Bangkok’s food scene in the morning.
I highly recommend booking a session at PRANA Massage on the 7th floor—great atmosphere and an excellent massage after a long day of sightseeing.
Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort in Bangkok.
The location is great. There’s a lot of places to eat nearby and a laundromat. This hotel could be improved greatly with just a few minor touches. The interior paint and carpet is worn and stained. They don’t have any king beds. They just put together two singles and the grout in the bathroom had mildew.
An amazing 5-star hotel that’s cool and peaceful. Super aesthetic and “moji”-worthy with a cute price. Every corner is perfect for photos, and the decoration is absolutely beautiful. It’s perfect for relaxing and healing your mind.
The bed is soft and large—you’ll sleep so well. The staff provide excellent service. If you’re looking for a quiet, non-chaotic place to stay in Bangkok, close to the main road, BTS, and shopping malls, I highly recommend this place.
I was extremely impressed. The breakfast is great, the atmosphere is lovely, the restaurant is beautiful, and the café has a minimalist style. There is also comfotable parking available.
The room itself was nice and comfortable, and the stay overall had good potential. However, the reservation process and service experience were below expectations.
During my stay, I was unwell and asked if I could borrow a bowl and cutlery for my soup. I was informed that I would need to come down and pick them up myself, and that delivery to the room was only possible if I ordered food from the hotel.
In comparison, at other hotels I have stayed at, staff were willing to assist by sending basic kitchenette items upon request, even without placing a room service order. A small gesture like this would have made a significant difference, especially for a guest who was feeling sick.
I hope the hotel may consider improving guest support and flexibility in service, as it would greatly enhance the overall experience
