Hotel itself is good looking. Room is good. But stuff at the reception was not helpful. We came at 11:30 . They told us wait until 2 pm. Even we told to receptionist that we need to go for urgency at 12:30 and come back only at 4-5 pm. She just offered labels and keep our bags at reception. This situation spoiled the whole impression.
Though the first time we came a month ago and another receptionist gave us key as normal at 11 . Maybe different was that I book the first time in front of her, and today I booked beforehand. So money is received by hotel. No need to be nice 👍
The hotel can cater up to 3 pax per room provided that it's 2 adults and a kid. The hotel is near DMK airport and offers free drop off to the airport, you just have to contact the reception to avail the service. The hotel has a small pool and is 1.4m to 1.5m deep. Kids must be accompanied by adults as there is no on duty life guard. They also have a fitness room though there are only a few equipment. There is a cafe Amazon just outside and convenience stores are a walk away. You can call the lobby thru the phone provided in each room. There is also room service. They provide body wash, shampoo, some Qtips, and usual toiletries. The rooms are equipped with TV, desk lamps, small fridge (free 2 bots of water and the rest of those inside are for sale), water kettle with 2 glasses and mugs, 2 sachets for both coffee and tea. Hair dryer is also available. There are also laundry and ironing services, just inform the reception if you need the services.
Easy access to the airport. Receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were all very polite. Rooms very large, comfy bed and great pillows. Had everything required. Pool was perfect. And the wifi was fast

We stayed at Mida Hotel DMK and found the location to be quite convenient, especially due to its close proximity to the airport. The rooms are decent in size and generally clean, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is good.
However, the staff and service were disappointing. We were charged a full day’s fare for early check-in, but later discovered that the check-in was not properly registered in the system. Because of this, we faced multiple issues during our stay, including difficulty getting fresh towels and water bottles.
While the hotel itself is clean and well-located, the customer service definitely needs improvement. With better staff coordination and service standards, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
